The hotel is located 2 minutes from the beach and the busy promenade. The room was practical with a large wardrobe, a small sitting area and a balcony. The room had an A/C, which also had a heating function. The room could be fully darkened with electric shutters.
I liked its location due to its proximity to the sea and its easy access. It's worth mentioning that there were nearby dinner options, a couple of restaurants and cafes are in easy walking distance.
Staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful.
I arrived on a Sunday afternoon and it was impossible to find any parking spot anywhere near the hotel, not even to stop and drop off luggage. I booked a spot on the hotel parking lot for EUR 10 per night.
Other guests in the hotel were partying during the night, which did not allow for a restful sleep.
4.1
Zeer aardig en behulpzaam personeel.
De ligging net tegenover het strand is ook een meevaller.
Nette & ruime kamer
private parking
4.1
Propreté , confortable et très bon accueil
Le parking devrait être gratuit
4.1
Good location, near station, hippodrome, and beach.
Friendly staff, 24h reception.
I was there in March in 2022, and then I head a fridge in my room, now it wasn't there anymore. A pitty with this high temperatures during my stay.

The facilities are a bit old.
4.1
Very old and small room. Smell really bad
4.1
Helpful staff and prompt.
Though it's on the seafront it's actually 25 km from the main Nice town. The room I was given had separate w.c and bathroom which was quite weird. The passage was constantly dark n the lights went out before we could open the door.
4.1
The hotel is a decent place. The staff is very helpful. The location is the best thing - you're by the sea in just a minute.
nothing putting off, maybe the hotel starting to get the feeling of becoming a bit old

Poorly maintained

The hotel is near the sea. The room was clean and comfortable.
The towels were overused and torn in places. The hotel is pretty old.
4.1
The view of the beach from the balcony.
The room and balcony exceptionally clean.
Staff were friendly and 24hr reception.
beds were comfortable
nice modern decor in room
location perfect for the beach and restaurants.
it is in a very busy location for traffic but the noise is
blocked by double patio doors at night so it’s not a
big deal
4.1
simple place with basic amenities for an easy beach stay

Nice location near the beach. Very nice and friendly staff!!! Breakfast was great and staff helped with booking a taxi to the airport. Convenient one night stay before flying the next morning. Kettle and coffee in the room was nice!!
The standard room was perfect for one night, but for anything longer I would book a better room with a sea view. View in our room was towards a parking lot. the room itself was dated so could do with some renovations. Toilet and shower were nice and clean but only cold water in the shower (which was nice though since super hot day).
4.1
The location is really convenient, right next to the beach, easy access to parking albeit the parking spaces are a little small, the train station (our main method of transport) was less than a 10 minute walk away, bus stops on the seafront were close. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Double, double glazing, yes two sets of double glazing help to keep noise to a minimum. A canopy over the balcony and a roller blind helped to keep the heat of the day out of our room. Most importantly all members of staff were really polite, cheerful and helpful; top marks. Would I stay there again? Yes.
From the pictures on the website our expectations were high, the room we stayed in was not as good as the ones in the pictures. Not a huge fan of the pictures on the room doors, most had an equestrian scene but there were the odd beach scene. I would have preferred just to see a door looking like a door.

the proximity to the beach is amazing . like having your own beach
the rooms are little outdated
4.1
Extremely clean, excellent bed, very good bathroom
Staff not very helpful, nor very attentive with guests. We had a defective fridge, the receptionist did not help at all: instead of immediately replacing it, he offered some bad excuse.
Toilet not working properly. Shower support broken. Air conditioning not working very well and outside unit very noisy because it sits on the balcony.
Breakfast did not offer that many choices and space was really small for a 3-star hotel. Rooms are really small and crammed too.
This hotel feels cheap and creaky. It really does not look like a 3-star, but a 2-star hotel.

The room was very adequate for our one night stay
Stairs and corridor very dated

Firstly, the location was very convenient, right opposite the beach, close to shops and restaurants and only 15 minutes walk to the station. The parking was 10 euros a day. I usually look for hotels with free parking, however, I did not mind paying because parking is very expensive generally in this area and very few hotels on the coast offer it for free. The parking was secure and on one day when i woke up early I saw the night security going to check the car park, which pleased me. Our room was very clean and although we did not opt for a balcony with a view, we could still see a slither of sea and a slither of mountain from either end. The owners were very welcoming and seemed keen to ensure we were having a good time, they were happy for us to borrow beach gear e.g. a parasol and some folding chairs to take to the beach. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.
The only annoying thing was that we had to keep logging back into the Wi-Fi, we got 4 hours worth, then had to request another log it. It was fine, the Wi-Fi was strong, but this seemed an unnecessary step!

Lucked out with this small hotel by booking the very last room since all other hotels around Nice airport had been booked solid. Was pleasantly surprised, since I didn't know Cagnes-sur-mer at all. Tons of restaurants around, and not far from the airport via taxi. Friendly staff. Room is suprisingly quiet due to double-glazing of patio doors and also double-bedroom doors. AC was most welcome since it was hot during my stay. To me, this hotel was a nice discovery!
I think the hotel is on the ground and first floor of an old apartment building. So, the whole building is not the most modern. The hotel itself needs a bit of an update: a fresh coat of paint, new carpet, etc... But overall quite decent and would consider going back there rather than an actual airport hotel, since the neighbourhood dining choices were much more interesting.
4.1
The sea was across the road
inside the hotel walking down the corridors were very smoky.
4.1
Nice personal. Quiet room.
Fridge that does not work.
