We felt like we were staying with friends rather than in a hotel!

The couple who run it are so welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. There were so many lovely personal touches and we felt totally spoilt! It was the perfect place ti stay to finish our 2 week holiday!

We loved it all.

I would definitely stay here again and the husband and wife owners are super friendly.

The location was a 1 minute walk to the pedestrian part of the city. The unit we stayed in also had a private terrace with a table, chairs and plenty of plants, making it a perfect location to relax after exploring the city.

When we stayed it was 97 Fahrenheit and the unit had no air conditioning , but that is expected in Europe. The bedroom had a portable fan, which made it bearable. To be fair the unit wasn't advertised as having AC and in Germany it usually isn't 97 Fahrenheit, so for 99% of the year this wouldn't be an issue.

Decent stay near to centre of town

We booked the room to be near our daughter who is at the university. We got what we payed for.

It’s not a hotel but an apartment which worked for us but it doesn’t get cleaned and is up several flights of stairs which could be an issue, especially if the timed lights go off ! The parking which they advertised is super expensive! There is remote parking but it’s inconvenient

Cozy and wonderful family hotel in the middle of Bonn, where you feel at home because of the kind attention of the owners. Comfortable and clean rooms, great breakfast and very central, close to transport facilities, city center and tourist attractions.

We booked an one-bedroom apartment which had everything one would need, even a spacious dining/living room. The hotel is centrally located yet very quiet at night. The owners are very friendly and accommodating.

The lighting in the bathroom could have been brighter.

A homely gem of an hotel in the centre of Bonn

Hotel Löhndorf is a little gem in the centre of Bonn. The location is very central but also quiet at night. The hotel has recently been renovated to a high standard. There is an underground public parking garage very near the hotel, so no problem carrying one's luggage. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful and they provide a varied and excellent breakfast. There is a terrace for the warmer months. We fully recommend this hotel.

Cozy hotel with wonderful staff in a very convenient location

Wonderful cosy hotel with lovely warm staff and and exceptional breakfast. I also liked the idea of no fridge in the room to save energy and an honesty fridge.

The room was quite small but very thoughtfully laid out so this wasn't a major issue. The desk felt a little awkward to sit at but otherwise the design was a very clever use of a small space.

Superb

A lovely stay for a couple of days exploring Bonn. The apartment we had was very central (a few metres from the Rathaus and market square) and also incredibly quiet. The owners were lovely- very supportive and kind- they provided us with English breakfast tea on request, remembered how we took our eggs in the morning and kept our luggage safe until we left for the airport. They were there in case of any questions we had. The apartment was comfortable and had everything you needed. Beds were comfy- two single beds pushed together, so perhaps a better set up for slightly older guests or friends but we slept very well. Definitely recommend this place. The breakfast was delicious too- freshly made & everything you need!

Comfortable, friendly and in the center

Reception was very flexible for my change of arrival time. The room was clean and comfortable. The view from the 4th floor was awesome. The breakfast was very good and the lady handling it was very nice. There is a nice patio for when the weather allows it. Wifi was really good and that was appreciated.

We have been many times in Bonn and this was the best!

Perfect location. Really nice and kind owners. Very large apartment with a terase. Ideal for tourist in Bonn - everything is really very close. We really enjoyed our stay.

There is no free parking place near the hotel but I guess the parking is a problem in the whole city center.

Perfectly positioned small hotel with fabulous staff and super-comfy beds!

Great location, right near the main square. Lovely small hotel with fabulously friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are perfectly equipped with everything you need and the beds are super-comfy. The breakfast room is delightful - especially with delicious fresh scrambled eggs cooked to order!
