Gentilezza ed accoglienza. Camere silenziose, letti comodissimi, parcheggio interno. Buono anche il ristorante.
4.1

Abbiamo cenato in struttura a bordo piscina.
Ottimo per una sosta rigenerante per chi è in viaggio sulla Salerno/RC.
Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo

Nothing it is NOT a 4 star hotel it is a dirty cigarette smelling worn out place that i refused to stay in once seeing the place in real life

Room was good and staff were excellent but overall the hotel is a little "tired".

Extremely convenient and super close to the motorway. Very comfortable and we have stayed here about 5 times prior.

Pros:
1. The staff are amazing! My husband and I are not really “eat at 8pm people” and the opened the restaurant at 6:30 just for us. the service and food were lovely.
2. The location is perfect for one night between Sicily and Rome.
3. Decent and easy parking. That says a lot for Italy!
Con:
1. The room was comfortable, but by American standard’s definitely a Red Roof/Days Inn from the 60’s or 70’s. if you want fancy, this isn’t it. BUT, it is clean! It was actually a bit fun. There’s an old fashion hair dryer attached to the wall in the bathroom!

Location near the highway, it can be a good option if you need to rest for a night. The decoration is a bit old fashion but the room is comfortable and clean. We did not try the restaurant or the breakfast.
A bit overpriced for the the commodities

Very nice and clean hotel, friendly staff. Nice setting of dinner around the pool.
Pity the pool closes at 19h. Dinner was served a bit chaotically; probably the waiter - who reminded me of Manuel in Fawlty Towers - was having a bad day... Staff speaks very little outside Italian

Perfect end to a long day driving

The staff of the hotel was very friendly. i cannot say the same about the staff of the restaurant. They were very few people on the hotel and we got to the restaurant at 21:00 while the restaurant closes at 22:00. Probably they wanted to go home early these way the waiter got little frustrated. Also they have to take more care on the heating in the rooms before guests get to it. Overall is OK to stay at this hotel, I will still suggest it.

Easy access while traveling. My husband and I came upon this hotel by chance while traveling to Sicily and were extremely impressed. The staff was very welcoming. The restaurant food was delicious. We will make it a point to return there the next time we’re in Italy.

We had a nice surprise as we arrived at the hotel. It was very clean and enjoyable to discover. The pizzas and main restaurant were delicious!
We still enjoyed our stay, though the misfortunes and bad timing.
However, we were very disappointed when we discovered that our stay would not go as planned. We had chosen this establishment due to its nice swimming pool and restaurant. We also asked for a quiet room. When without any warning, the staff informed us that the swimming pool wouldn’t be accessible for the hotel guests since there was a wedding that day. Both swimming pools were closed and we couldn’t eat outside either since the terrace was closed. I think they should have warned us at booking or at least upon arrival. As to our quiet room, the music was so loud that we had to wear earplugs to fall asleep and our kids couldn’t sleep either for a long time. We almost packed and left on the spot but with a 13h drive ahead of us we didn’t dare. As for our puppy, at check out, the hotel steward charged double the pet fee that had been planned on the booking confirmation email, that’s just robbing the client if you as me!

Great deal for the money.
Was just a last min decision to get some on our way to sicily

It was a good hotel to stay for a night

The location was fantastic as it was just off the motorway.
We were given room 31 originally. The lights did not work. Went down to reception to report and was told not possible as the room was used yesterday and if we could enter then we are doing something wrong. Trip 2 down to reception as we still could not work the lights out. Finally 3rd time we called down and the lady came up to our room and tried but finally accepted that something was wrong. The room was stunning, big, comfortable and very new. The lady said sorry will get you a better room. Took us to room 34!!! Shocked. Not worthy of a 1 star. It was the size of a shoe box. Instead of being upgraded for the inconvenience we experienced, we were downgraded. There was no blanket or duvet and the temperature was 11°. The towels were placed outside the room on the Luggage holder. The bathroom floor at the door is completely rusted and the room was basically old. Having open Croissants on the table at breakfast is not healthy and should be closed or presented when we arrive. Don’t write people’s name on the table card at breakfast if you do then add both husband and wife or better just the room number. Overall, we are not ones to complain, but if you give someone a 5* room then downgrade us ... it’s a bit disappointing.

The breakfast in the room was really nice, and also lunch and dinner were really tasty. The massage was also nice, along with the SPA. The night receptionist is very welcoming.
The pool closes at 5pm with the bar (if you wish to take an aperitif you need to go to the reception and ask for a beer or whatever they have available, which is not something you would expect at a 4* property). The SPA is quite pricey, and even though I have enjoyed it you can definitely find better SPAs at the same price. The position is not so nice, the hotel is in front of a Car wash and the highway.

The food and the wonderful singer near the pool
All is very good
