I stayed at this hotel for 10 days, and despite not being there for the first time, I enjoyed it like I have never seen something like this before. Also, the staff is really friendly, always greeting and just giving off an atmosphere where you can't other but be happy yourself. You have everything near, magazines, busses and most importantly the beach, which is seen amazingly from the balconies. I give the stay at the NOHA Residence a 9,5/10, since the only minus point in my opinion is that it gets cleaned every 5 days or something.. but that is something really minor. Thank you NOHA, see you next year!

I've been to Riccione a couple of times but our stay at Noha Hotel Suite is the best place We've stayed so far and I can highly reccomend it to anyone travelling to Riccione and wants a peaceful and cosy environment a little outside of the main town. They have incredible staff and the thing we loved most was their Bathroom shower pressure and how fast their hot water was.
It would've been awesome if they served breakfast or had an option for a breakfast but they don't have that and even though their bedsheets, bathroom were clean, the floors were a little dusty. Apart from these 2 complains, the place was truly incredible

Close to the beach. The kids loved the pool.
It was a bit noisy but you can expect that in this town.

The ”Hotel” featured a fairly sized pool. It was also rather close to the beach.
The service level was poor generally speaking. The key cards would not work
so we had to deal with one set of ordinary keys.
We had to remind the staff a few times to change bed linnen etc
Upon arrival the room was not very clean and the staff was not willing to partly refund us as we had to leave prematurely due to italian airstrikes.

Great pool with area for children. Helpful staff.
Not working air conditioning in rooms 307 and 308. We received compensation for this - a free baby cot for a week. But we lived like in a sauna and we were bitten by mosquitos. The hotel also stands in a so-called neutral zone. This means you have to walk at least 1 km to the nearest shop or the central part of the city. Uncomfortable with children. But calm...

Maria in reception was very kind and patient.

The air conditioner did not work. The location was not in a nice part of town.

We have already been to this hotel a few years ago. It was nice to find it refurbished. Comfort and service have remained at the same high level. Friendly and helpful staff. We had specific requests, and they were very attentive to them. We were surrounded by care and attention from the booking and before departure. Check in and check out in 2 minutes.
Apartments - 2 rooms joined together worked very well for a family with kids. Rooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean. A comfortable bed and pillows (snow-white bed linen.). Large and comfortable bathroom. The plumbing is new. There is a shampoo and a soap. Comfortable small kitchen with new utensils. In a set, everything you need. Microwave and small, but roomy refrigerator. Spacious furnished balcony. Nice view of the sea. Air conditioning and WI-FI work very well. There is a safe.
Everything corresponded to the photos on the Booking.
The beach itself was great (1 minute, across the street from the hotel); sandy, lovely water, clean. Very good for children. Typical Italian beach with serried ranks of sun beds. You can pay for an umbrella and sun loungers (22 euro per day) or use free beach.
Near Rimini with a large shopping center and a lot of amusement parks (Oltremare etc.). Very close San Marino.
There is a bus stop near the hotel, you can reach the center of Riccione or Rimini without problems.
Unfortunately the parking (15 euro per day) has not changed. Very problematic, rather small and extreme. You may be forced to exit with a steep uphill (sometimes in reverse gear) with limited visibility on the main street where there is intense traffic.
We booked a room for 2 adults and a 10 year old child. Booking gave the final price for the whole group - 3 people. But the hotel thought that we should pay extra for the child, because the apartment (2 rooms, 38 sq.m., with a double bed and a sofa), in their opinion, is only for 2 people. We sent 6 screenshots, proved that from search to booking everywhere Booking shows the final price for 3 people. But the hotel did not agree. We were upset, as the non-refundable advance payment has already been withdrawn from the card and are ready to write to Booking. But finally the hotel decided to make a discount. And we paid the price of Booking. I don’t think it was an attempt to cheat, but next time before booking, I will ask for confirmation the final price from the hotel.
