We loved the facility and how we could just walk to the beach. Also, the hotel had a lot of fun entertainment for kids while parents could have fun.
The food was not great. Breakfast was amazing but the main meals were not typical cuisine from Pernambuco. We wished more authenticity.

Friendly staff and special compliments to Mr Carlos in charge of overall security at the resort. We had a very unpleasant situation on uber ride towards the resort and Mr Carlos was very proactive helping us with the matter.
Food on buffet not tasty as should be in my opinion .

The place is so cute, uniquely decorated, and welcoming. The whole structure of the hotel is perfectly designed. Bedrooms stay quiet at night, main areas are beautiful, comfortable, welcoming, pretty and there is plenty of room for every one to lay out, play games, relax and be with their families. The food is delicicious, there is plenty of food and drink areas, the staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and always smiling. The whole place is always clean. The beach is incredible and long enough for good walks. There is music every night until 10pm. We loved our stay, thank you so much.
If I had to complain about something would be about the pillows needing to be a bit better. Other than that, pretty perfect

The setting of the hotel is very nice. Great Pool area with 3 different, big pools (one only for children). Directly located at the beach. Breakfast was very good. The a-la-carte restaurant is also highly recommendable - one evening we had dinner right in front of the beach.
The rooms are very old and need to be modernized. Even though the hotel is officially 4-star, it is a 20-year-old 4 star-standard. The bed/mattress was very unconfortable: hard like concrete (Brazilians don't seem to mind). But I had back-pain every morning after sleeping on the mattress.
So right now I would rate the room only 2 stars. I highly recommend to the hotel, to do a modernization of the rooms.
We payed over 500 Reais per night - so the price was to high for such a quality of the room.

Friendly staff, half board is worth it to be able to rest after the day trips. Pools and events are nice, beach is flagged dangerous though.
It is loud and full of events, excellent for families but not so much for couples on their honeymoon.
