Food, Staff were excellent
Room was a little bit small

Lovely hotel. All staff very nice and very accommodating. Room was very good and comfortable. Lovey restaurant and food was excellent!
Nothing everything was perfect.
4.3
Lovely location and great accommodation, perfect setting for wedding or large parties.
I encountered an issue with food service for an evening meal which took over an hour and thirty minutes to be delivered. This wouldn't have been a problem but I had to pressure the staff to get the meal out as I needed to collect a party member from Liverpool airport later that evening. Suspect this was a isolated issue.

The difficulty of paying together for two rooms DB&B
The way of calculating £25 dinner offset for DB&B

great breakfast
Bed a bit small

a supply of toothbrushes for daft people who forgot to pack his would be good touch.

The location and grounds are incredible, the gardens / lakes / various paths around the grounds are such a treat and enjoyable to wander around. All of the staff were friendly and very welcoming, the lady serving breakfast and the lady on reception were extra pleasant. The local area is nice to head out for food too (Neston).
Room was quite warm in the daytime sun but the staff had already placed a fan in the room which was very thoughtful.

I booked a room here for a pretty low price - equivalent to a Travel Lodge or Premier Inn. The room was far nicer than the price tag demanded. Spacious and comfortable with lots of nice touches.
The hotel itself looks nice with grounds around it. Ample parking, no problem fitting a large van in.
The wifi was blisteringly fast, upwards of 70Mb/s, far better than most other hotels.
Hard to find fault with anything

Even thought we only live 25 minutes away from inglewood Manor, the location makes you feel like your a million miles away
The room was a little on the small side, and the window wouldn't close properly.
4.3
Building and surrounding areas are stunning, staff were friendly, good selection at the bar, food was lovely especially breakfast and the place was always nice and warm
Price of drinks were steep, bed mattress was harder than I am used to, constant noise coming from somewhere all night, perhaps it was the boiler, not sure. TV was really small, was like watching a computer monitor
4.3
It’s rated as having very comfortable beds and I suppose that’s personal preference but the rooms were small, noisy as could hear everything from next door and not comfortable beds
Small room and noisy and not great beds so I think overall incorrect ratings and overpriced for what it offers

Nice location
After !! arrivial we got this email:
Special Requests:Please note: Our Restaurant can become very busy. We
strongly advise our guests to pre-book dinner as we are unable to
guarantee walk in reservations.
It was same hussle to get a table and then during dinner we noticed that 2/3 of all seats and table were still free .
Dinner was good, organisation might have been better.

Breakfast was superb in great surroundings, Our room was very nice apart from the bed which in my opinion was a bit hard.

Nothing too much trouble.
No complaints whatsoever.

Staff were first class . The location was very quiet . The dinner and breakfast were really good.
The price for drinks in the bar were top end , 13.50 for 2 drinks, yet the small bar had no ambience.
4.3
the Manor House is beautiful, the staff are really kind and helpful. breakfast was really nice , breakfast was a buffet but they made me the eggs I’d like As an extra which was really nice.
the bed was a little too hard for my liking

Location was ideal. Nicely located for trips either into Liverpool or across to Manchester for a bit of retail therapy. Room was as it said on the tin "Cosy Double". Lovely room. Best of all...... the staff. Whatever we asked, nothing was a problem. So helpful, courteous and polite. Brilliant.
No brainer we will at some point book again.
Not an exact dislike, but location of tea and coffee facilities in the room was a tad different. We worked round it as it wasn't too much of an issue.
Main dislike....... Going home.
4.3
character peace and quiet
bed was a little to hard , I do like a firm bed - but mattress was hard and pillows to soft ,

Hotel, reception area and grounds look great. Staff are pleasant. Breakfast was good with good choice of continental and cooked offerings. Dinner was also great. A short drive to Chester.
Our room needed a little refresh of the paintwork. Carpet had the odd stain.
We booked executive room with breakfast & dinner included thinking it would be luxurious.
The room was not as advertised, so therefore was disappointing as it wasn't as expected, bathrobes & slippers were not present, hand made chocolates not present, bottled mineral water not present and a few other things missing. When we questioned the missing items, we were told bath robes & slippers had been forgotten and were brought to our room, handmade chocolates don't exist, we got what we suspect was tap water in a glass bottle.
The hotel were nice enough to give us a discount for all the problems we encountered.
Also we booked the half board option and expected all 3 dinner courses to be included in the price we paid, this was not the case, the half board option is actually a £25 per person supplement. If you go over £25 you pay the difference.

Cleanliness of room, especially the bathroom.

Gorgeous location and lovely staff.
It would benefit from a bit of investment. It’s all a bit tired. The rooms are not sound proofed, so you can hear quite a bit and the shower was faulty, but quickly fixed,
