Super séjour, bon prix, proche du centre, très propre.

Très belle vue, agréable d’avoir une piscine, proche du centre, personnel agréable, chambres très propres, sdb très fonctionnelle et propre également.

Le bruit de la fête sur la plage quand on est dans les chambres les plus hautes sur la colline.

Die Unterkunft war zentral. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit

Steile Stufen, da die Zimmer/Hütten am Hang sind. Man sollte nicht Fußkrank sein. Waren wir zum Glück auch nicht. Einfache Ausstattung. Regale, kein Schrank. War für uns bei drei Übernachtungen auch nicht schlimm. Klo war für meinen Mann (fast 2m) eng.

Não é uma boa opção, aviso já

A vista do quarto (A31) era realmente deslumbrante e os funcionários super disponíveis e atenciosos.

O acesso ao quarto é simplesmente horrivel e não possível para qualquer pessoa. É uma escadaria íngreme, enorme e com pouca segurança. A piscina existe mas nao está a funcionar. O restaurante nao existe, logo, a opção de pequeno almoço também nao é possivel neste alojamento. O colchao é de molas e está a necessitar de ser trocado, é muito desconfortável. Não me deram nenhuma compensação nem por parte do hotel nem do booking. Estou extremamente desapontada com ambos.

Tolle Lage, mitten im Geschehen, unheimlich nettes Personal. Alles ist in direkter Nähe. Wir haben gleich noch einmal verlängert.

Es sind sehr viele Stufen nach oben die auch noch unterschiedliche Höhen haben, dafür ist der Ausblick dann aber einmalig

BED BUGS! After the first two nights, despite the steps, we thought it was an unreal stay and couldn’t wait for more. Then a night of itching + no sleep came with no receptionist till 8am. Following this, we were moved rooms which seemed to be a little better but we couldn’t relax knowing what had gone on - still marked from the bites now. We got laundry done due to this and not wanting it to affect the rest of the trip and they still charged us - thought it could have been the least they can do. paid full price following this and no apology. Male staff excellent when needed suitcases taken up and down stairs, can’t fault them for that.

Good

Staff were lovely and very helpful! The room was spacious and had a balcony which was nice. Location was okay, a bit of a walk from the pier but it was nice to be further away from noise etc.

There was a leak in our bathroom and we were provided with a bucket to catch the water which we had to keep changing or else the bathroom floor would be drenched and unsafe. I had rips in my sheets (not a big problem but still not great). The pool wasn’t very big and only 4 loungers to sit on.

Just perfect, my favorite place in Thailand so far!

Everything! The rooms were absolutely beautiful and the view was stunning! You get drinking water as well as beach towels for free. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful! They literally helped us with everything we needed. They even helped me get some really bad stains out of my skirt. The rooms are really clean, light and comfortable. It’s a 5 minute walk into the middle of the town, so it’s perfect! They even help bring your luggage from the pier to the hotel and back!

Nice comfortable stay for a fair price!

The room was big and lots of furniture to put our backpacks on. Very clean and good bed and airconditioning. The lady at the reception was very nice and helpful for booking trips and ferry/transfers.

We hd a room with a sea view but it was a lot of stairs to walk in the heat. However they did carry our luggage to our rooms for us.

Perfect!

This was honestly one of the best places I have stayed whilst travelling! The staff were incredible and so accommodating! They give you free beach towels as well as the shower towels you get in your room. I was very ill during our stay and they ordered soup for me and brought it to my room. The pool was amazing and we could see the sea from our room. Couldn’t recommend this place anymore!

Good

Room standard was sufficient. Proximity to the viewpoint. The island is small, so pretty much everything is close by. The service man picked us up and our luggage (he carried them on a special trolley) from the port. There is a pretty nice view from the balcony.

There are no glass in the windows, only mesh, so you can hear parties (if you want to sleep, it's hard, mosquitoes can also enter). We had a cockroach in the room :( (but the staff came to help after one of us screamed). The water in the shower flowed poorly and drained poorly.

Amazing view and great staff

The property was located on the outskirts of the center of Kho Phi Phi but within a 5min walking distance from the centre. The view from the upper apartments was gorgeous and worth the stairs you need to climb to get there, so be prepared. Overall a great place to stay on the island.

It was quite loud in the evenings due to the music which came from the centre. The swimming pool did not seem to be the cleanest.

The view was very nice! Not new rooms, and sometimes I feel like I’m at my grandma’s house ❤️

Be aware of monkeys. They can steal something if you leave the staff outside.

It’s okay if you don’t have other options

The staff is amazing. You can book ferries and tours from the reception itself. The place is comfortable.

The place is located but far from the pier so you’ll have to walk a lot each day. The climb to my room was also quite a lot, basically a bit exhausting.

Lots of steps are good for you

The staff were super friendly and helpful. When we arrived at the port, they took our backpacks for us to the hotel and one of the male staff members took both of our massive backpacks on his back up allll of the stairs for us (what a hero). It is good value for money. The pool is cute, and there is lots of wildlife around, we made friends with lots of little frogs. The steps to the room kept us fit because the thought of going up and down them to get a snack was enough to keep you inside. We were also provided with free beach towels and a discounted price for excursions.

Unfortunately there were a couple of questionable stains on the bedding and the toilet didn't flush properly. We had to be careful with the curtains as we pulled it and the pole fell off several times (we improvised so it wasn't too bad). Also the door didn't quite fit the frame anymore so we had to chase a gecko out. Also the shower was cold :(

the stairs are worth it!!!

The staff here are so friendly and helpful (even carry your bags up the stairs!) We had such an amazing view of the island and it was definitely worth the daily hike. You get free water every day and also beach towels, they helped us book our next travel and with our laundry.

The pool had too much chlorine in - you could smell it and it stings your eyes a bit.

Amazing and comfortable stay with staff willing to go above and beyond, just needs a clean and update- and their cute do

good location, lovely staff, amazing view and with a swimming pool and good price.

not as clean as it could of been? stains on towels and bed sweets and lots of ants in the bathroom. aAso the Tv didn’t work :(
