Two words. BED BUGS

At first glance it seemed ok. But then a spent a night in the bed

TWO WORDS. BED BUGS. THE PLACE WAS DIRTY AND NOT REALLY UP TO SAFETY REGULATIONS. IT'S AN HMO. NO FIRE DOORS. NO FIRE ALARM SYSTEM. THE SHOWER BIZZARELY VENTED INTO THE KITCHEN .

Good memories

Me & my friends had just a night's stay at the place but it was peaceful and we loved how lovely the room looked. everything was clean and tidy, nicely arranged, including the bathroom.The location is easy to find near to IKEA and vally park, and the neighborhood seemed quiet and peaceful. Overall, we loved the stay and am thankful for the memories

not recommended , Dirty, not well maintained

it was not all negetive. there were a few things i was happy about. the location is very close to tram station, however if you drive , it is very busy to go anywhere. wifi was available , standard 10mb and 20 mb connections , both with same pass. area has 5G coverage for people with unlimited plans. parking space was more than big enough, very happy about that. shower worked, there was hot and cold water toilet was clean (seat and sink ) the shower area is aged but its fine.

i messaged staff before hand to ask if there was a fridge and microwave and they said yes it will be available. there was None of that. the worst thing was cleanliness. I understand that a house that is for rent isnt the most renovated but it should have old tenants crap in the room , there needs to be hover or cleaned with a mop and there must not be any spider webs , because that means that the room has not been cleaned for a while something else that was even worse. the kettle had old Smelly (worse than puke ) water in it and it was filled with that filth , i honestly was about to leave but unfortunately i didnt have any where else to go :( Bed was creaky with the oldest mattress that can pass as mattress. the lock on the room door can be better, its an old version of a long with big old key and you can almost see inside the room via a slit if you push the door. No fan. it was annoyingly hot at night but i managed by keeping the window open. Dont book if you want clean room, comfortable bed and any other type of cleanliness.

Little bubbles on the floor which is health and safety hazard. Dirt swept in the corner! Base of bed is broken. Bedsheet not ironed Empty bottles of bath/shower gel left in bathroom

Good location, looks clean on the outside

They said was cleaned before we arrived but was so filthy. The kitchen had ants, the bed sofa and curtains was all stained including bedding, some of the stains looked like blood and the bed was slatted with what looks like clip flooring which wasnt screwed in and only went half the bed so really unstable. The bathroom push plug had been snapped. Wont use them again

Very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, the shower is very good, the host is very nice and was there for whatever we needed.

there were no towels in the room either in the bathroom or in the kitchen, the dishes were dirty, the sofa was dirty and stained, the room was very cold, the mattress and pillows were of very poor quality

Never again

The mattress was good.

It was cold, radiator was cold to the touch, floor was uneven and a trip hazard, dirty appliances like the dishwasher had dirty water collected at the bottom of it, no towels provided, half a tissue roll provided for a week's stay. Shower went from cold to luke warm back to cold, and during winter that's very unpleasant. Broken door handle to kitchen, socket near tv started smoking when in use, tapes over switches in kitchen.

Very good

Location is great in terms of shops and public transportation with trams and buses. Situated in a quiet residential area, stayed in a small bedroom which had a cupboard and a small table with kettle, water filter jug and teas/coffees selections in packets and the TV and WiFi is perfect. Owner was great with answering questions/queries and help was very quick! Thank you so much Kavi!

A couple of very noisy other tenants for the first week. Doors kept opening and shut loudly at all hours. Second week was much better and peaceful! Small room is comfortable however could do with a small fridge perhaps? Bathroom is shared with other tenants. There was no personal face to face contact/greeting with owner when you arrive as everything is done online.

lack of sound proofing , could hear the people above walking around on what sounded like old creaky floorboards all night , with the added delight of hearing the toilet fill as the boiler was located in my apartment . the place was clean

Hole in a room laminate,shared bathroom full of carling hair with one spot light working, probably to not see the mastic missing around shower tray or screen scale to be cleaned.,entrance stairs "carpet"...not sure if it was a carpet.To much dirt and discoloured.And finally, not worthing to pay the hotel price for a room ready for Halloween.

It was good big rooms and nice showers with shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper all provided. Kitchen was nice and clean. All clean towels provided. Exactly what I expected.

Very good value for the money, simple and easy for the auto check-in, the owner always answering very quicly and very quiet are to relax. Nice to have a spot just in front to park the car. Certainly will return.

No staff to greet.keys on wall out side Other tenants were on Drugs in room next to me Extremely noisey all night. Couldnt sleep. Used toilet in the night someone sleeping in the Hall had to step over to get to toilet.

sufficient for one night stay

location is comfortable, place has items for making tea, fridge, access to bathroom and warm water for shower

it is a bit “run down”, cleaning is average, noise is not well isolated, however we did not have big problems with that. just photos look better for what it is, hence the price feels a bit too exaggerated
