Good value, great location

The location was perfect, opposite Company’s Gardens, v close to museums, galleries, restaurants etc. V good value. The staff were welcoming, the place was spotless. The room was large and well equipped.

The bed was a bit hard for our taste and the bathroom was quite cramped, although the shower was excellent.

my stay was pleasant, staff is so friendly. my kids were asking to stay longer. we enjoyed.

Breakfast was fine, location good, and the rooms perfect.

parking on the street even though it looks safe, but i requested parking prior to my arrival, i did not recieve a message informing me that there is no parking onsite, only street parking or the one you need to pay for.

Excellent location

Loved the location and the staff were exceptional, very helpful and trustworthy. My husband accidentally left his wedding ring on the table and we were gone for the whole day. When we came back, the ring was still there. They do provide a good English breakfast as well.

No generator installed, which was annoying during the load shedding periods. The street could be a bit noisy at times with music and people walking, as it is a very central hotel. Booking.com has to update its description as the hotel no longer provides the free shuttle to the V&A Waterfront.

Great vacation

Room was very clean, stuff were so kind and helpfull breakfast was quiet good :)

Hotel has not car park place if you have a car and you have to park your car near car park and for a night you have to pay 85 zar. :(

Very good

at night the street was very noisy with people passing by. There was no parking available and had to pay huge fees for the parking next door

Although not a luxury hotel , very well situated with good , friendly service.

The rooms facing the swimmimgpool - inside facing rooms - are the best. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast was upgraded since we last stayed at this hotel and it is a great improvement!

We did not like room 601 - very noisy with a smaller bed than the other rooms. However , we were transferred to another room prompty when we mentioned this,

The location of the hotel is central to every place I visited. The serenity and the amazing staff made my stay even more pleasant.

Amazing experiences at Cape Hollow Hotel! Very well located for visiting the city centre and museums. The staff was really nice, giving you advice for touristic attractions and very helpful in you needed assistance. I really appreciated the help and advices of Ibrahim and Kuassan.

Wonderful staff, amazing view and location.

The staff was so incredibly wonderful! They helped us book tix for the cable car to Table Mountain and other excursions. We hope to return again.

OK value for money

Good location, OK, simple breakfast. Nice staff! Light shedding each day, which we know is normal for South Africa but stayed at 8th floor and had to take the stairs each day..

Pool area was not like the pictures. Dirty with bird poop all over the area.

All was well

The view was breath taking and food was delicious. Beautiful asthetics

I think they should invest in a genetator because during loadshedding the left does not work and imagine we used the stairs all the way to the 7th and 8th floor imagine my old mom.

The bathroom, and especially the washing basin , is minute - too small for the purpose it is meant for. Hpwrver The room is clean and airy.
