The location is truly perfect. You can enjoy a peaceful beach without any crowds, and the food and drinks are quite affordable so you can stay there sometimes the whole day. The area is quiet, making it easy to work on my computer without any issues (though it can get quite hot outside at times). The bungalows are modest, but that’s expected given the price and prime location. We opted for an air-conditioned room because it would have been too hot to sleep otherwise, though we had to hang a sheet above the bed to keep the AC from blowing directly on our heads while we slept. We also rented a good scooter there for 800baht for 4 days, but be really carefull when driving as we've seen many tourists on the island with with bandaged elbows and knees from scooter falls -> better to drive slow.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay because the excellent location far outweighs these minor inconveniences.
There were a few minor downsides durring our stay: low water pressure, cracks in the floors and walls where an occasional insect might sneak in, though nothing harmful or scary. Additionally, the trees above the bungalows drop small hard fruits, which often fall on the roof at night. This startled us a few times during our first nights, but we quickly got used to it.

La ubicación de la cabaña en la que estábamos, la n1, genial, el hotel está cerca del puerto, puedes ir andando que son solo 10 minutos
Las instalaciones son viejas y necesita repaso y cuidado, detalles que son los que marcan la diferencia

Such a great place! Really nice bungalows, tasty restaurant (try the apple pie and the pad thai, it's super delicious), chilly bar, staff is super nice. We booked for 3 nights and stayed our whole vacation of 9 nights there. Motobike can be rented directly on the spot. The location is perfect to explore the island. The fridge is super practical to store some stuff. There's a 7/11 and enough restaurants, fruit shops, massage places, beach chill places nearby. Easy to reach from the ferry, only a 20min ride.
It was perfect

Le déjeuner était fabuleux, le personnel adorable, les massages face à la mer top et très professionnels, l'environnement et l'accès à la plage pratiques.
Proposer du gel douche et shampoing. Proposer plus d'excursions.

It's a really great place, with a common space to work or chill out. Very nice restaurant, with good breakfast options. The owner upgraded our room for free, which was very nice. Next to the hotel, there is a great Thai restaurant and very good laundry service. Generally, the location is quite perfect, only the beach could be nicer.
The room wasn't perfectly clean, we asked for the cleaning service, and they cleaned it in 2 minutes, but the toilet was still dirty and smelly. We had a problem leaving the place, as there was no shuttle or buses, grab doesn't work on the island either. Finally, we took a shuttle from the next place, which was very expensive.

- very kind and nice staff! Aside from the things below we still really enjoyed our stay.
- staff really put a lot of effort in the garden, wonderful plants and clean walkways!
- the bar, restaurant, the area was very good, we enjoyed time there
- room service came every 2 days and cleaned everything very nicely except under matrace. It was very sweet, they brought us water and soap, new towels.
- being at the beach was wonderful
- Bathroom (we can't understand all the negative reviews here): it was nice. clean. Toilet worked. Shower water was not hot but WARM ENAUGH, Thailand is a very hot country.
- hammock on veranda was awesome!
- parking space next to bungalows bar
- WIFI: they had many WiFi networks that worked not super reliably, but were totally fine. In the restaurant area it was good for office work
We had a no AC bungalow.
- heat: the bungalows get extremely hot until way after sundown, it was way over 40°C inside during sunshine, so we didn't spend any time aside from sleeping there which was still hard because of heat sweat and things I list below
- Bed/matrace: the matrace was stinking and slimy because of all the sweaty people who have been there before. the smell was nearly unbearable when lying in the bed. On both sides of the matrace there were stains, blood and sth looking like funghi. Under the matrace was a dead cockroach as well that was not removed. The bedsheets were clean but were as old and worn out as the matrace
- no Moskito net. The bungalows have holes and gaps everywhere through which Moskitos came in but there also was no wall-hook nor anything viable to hang our net we brought with us.
- only one small window in bedroom just a few cuts in the wall of bathroom for ventilation. Not enaugh to let any of the super hot air out. We know it's hard to fix but still it was rather unpleasant.
- beach was wonderful but the water won't get deeper than arm's length for 200+ meters. It is not fun for swimming or snorkeling.. Saw people walking there which really messes up all the fish, clams and ecosystem living there. We put a snorkeling mask on and tried floating. The water was getting so hot it was uncomfortable.
We would come back if matraces sheets are renewed and mosquito nets were provided. Reading the other reviews our bungalow was not the only one with a filthy matrace / bed, please fix this.
Everything else was not really a big issue and could be managed but something guests should be informed about.

the bungalows are very beautiful and clean! I enjoyed the restaurant and bar as well! the staff was friendly and helpful
the beach wasn’t very nice, you can’t swim much there. would have liked a better shower too.

location great
smell in the bathroom
3.5
Comfortable bed, hamoc, on the beach
The rooms are very dark, the fan in the room where I was the second time wasn't strong enough, I had to leave the door open to have some air. The staff was helpful except one person. She was extremely rude, condescending and was too lazy to do her job so someone else helped me out with me requests.
4.5
the staff, the other guests and the bar and restaurant area really set this place apart. simple but clean accommodations. there’s a reason the guest have been coming back to this place for years.

Coco Garden provides everything, and some, that you'd hope for from a small island beach getaway. The accommodation options will pretty much suit everyone with beach front views, to simple fan standalone huts to the larger aircon rooms. The environment is relaxed and quiet and there are no stray dog issues. Particular mention about the staff (front and back of house) who work hard, are proactive and are a joy to be around. The restaurant has good coffee, large menu and different seating options eg. floor, table, inside and outside. Definitely check out the bar and the talented barman's cocktails!
The only thing I wasn't a fan of was there wasn't a 'no smoking' area (that I was aware of).

I had a great time there. The staff was very friendly, helpful and we had a lot of fun. Special thanks to Adrian and his Partner, Beni and Sase and many more for all what you have done.
The location is directly at the beach, delicious food & drink specially the coconut shake :-)
It is also close to the 7eleven and the bungalows are really nice. All with hammock. Good to relax.

The area itself was super nice ! We didn't stay long enough to enjoy it as much as we wanted but it is very very cool place right on the beach with lots of breakfast options and drinks at the bar
The room itself was simple but kind of what you'd expect from a bungalow (we had 2 lizards in the room, we didn't mind that much but that can scare some people)
Shower was not closed but common area with the toilet and low pressure + low hot water that you cannot adjust and it was also hard to find how to make it hot
