満足しました。

朝食が大変良かったです。又、ドリンクの配慮も大変良かったです。しいてお願いが出来れば情報誌（新聞等）がついてれば良かったです。大変お世話になりました。ありがとうございます。

上記同様で近辺の情報誌が完備されておればなお一層良かったです。又利用したいと思います。有難うございました。

駅近で飲食店やドラッグストアなど色々お店があり徒歩数分でなんでも手に入った

少し部屋が暗い感があった朝食もう一品欲しいところ

前回が良かっただけに今回は残念感高め

広さは充分。もう1台ベッドを置けるんじゃないか？ってくらいのスペースが室内にはありました。

家族で2部屋予約。どの部屋も大人1人、子ども1人宿泊。タオルもアメニティも1人分しか用意がなく。他のホテルでも、添い寝無料で泊まってもタオル準備してくれるところが多い中、バスタオルもフェイスタオルも1枚づつしかなく。前泊まった時はもう少し良かったと思ったから再度利用したのに。と残念な気分でした。家族連れで泊まる方はタオルとか準備が必要かも。

It was fairly close to the train station. There was a laundry on our floor. There was a nice little free breakfast included.

There was only one pillow… 2 would’ve been better. The decor was a bit dated.

outrageous to make people pay to « sleep » in a room that gives the impression to be sleeping on the gare of the station

People are kind the room is clean

The awful noise of trains whole night long refraining us to sleep. How come rooms just next to the railways are not designed for a better noise insulation ??

Great place to stay & perfect base to explore eastern shore of Lake Biwa!

* perfect location next to train station, AEON supermarket nearby * tasty buffet-style breakfast included in the price. During the corona era it is possible to eat in the room, which is good safety measure * free welcome drink * polite and helpful staff * relatively big room, with small table and two chairs, and all necessary equipment * cleanliness * good air conditioning and TV * the pillows are very flat, but it is possible to get adjustable one at the front desk, which is much better

* the light in the room was a bit dark * old style bathroom with separate knobs for hot and cold water * only one elevator in the facility, so sometimes the waiting time is quite long. The elevator door also shuts very quickly, so need to be careful to not get stuck

Great Value

The hotel is very close to the station, so it is easy to get to. There are many stores and restaurants nearby and there is a tourist information centre in the station. There is a buffet breakfast in the morning that you can enjoy that has many options .

The TV was a bit small.

perfect place to stay

I travelled in a car to Shiga and booked a one night stay at this hotel. The location was very central and there was parking available for customers. I did park at a parking lot next to the hotel parking lot (as this was full) and the staff was very kind to give me vouchers for the parking which meant I ended up parking for free which was excellent. Got complimentary breakfast which was good too.

Exceptional

The staff welcomed us warmly. It is located very nice place, never bothered to find places to eat or buy stuff. The complimentary breakfast was also great. There were many kinds of food. The room was cozy and nice. We enjoyed having a bath in our room. The room was quiet so we slept really nicely and peacefully. Great value for the price. We were very satisfied with staying at this hotel!

The window was towards the station. People can see in the room if you don't close the curtains.

Standard but reliable business hotel.

Convenient location close to the station. Simple but good breakfast. Good value for money when visiting this delightful small town.

I was disappointed to be allocated a room overlooking the railway tracks - the view wouldn't have been much better from the other side, but it might have been quieter.

All about the breakfast 🍽

As everyone says, the breakfast is great for this level of hotel, and could even beat slightly more expensive hotel breakfasts 🍳 Room & staff are perfectly adequate, especially for the price.

Good Location Except for the Train Tracks Next Door..

- Continental breakfast was nice, especially since we could bring it up with us and eat in the room - Free on site parking - Location in terms of just the town stuff - restaurants, shops, etc. - was very good

- Train tracks right next to our room window. It was very loud until late in the evening and then starting again early in the morning. - Bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the pillows basically felt like paper - I’m sure it was clean, but like many old hotels it didn’t exactly look/feel it
