Nice hotel, horrible reception, upgrade is a scam

Location, cleanliness

Staff was passive-aggressively rude. The upgrade we got for our room didn’t meet our expectations, because we had booked a room with a balcony and got a tiny balcony instead of a normal one. The receptionist was unpleasantly condescending, and falsely told us that the garden would be available to us. It wasn’t. There was a very loud wedding reception occupying the garden the whole day and the evening. And the wedding guests made a lot of noises until at least 01:00 am. It was not a nice experience and I didn’t like being told how I can or can’t use the facilities.

Especially good if you want to use the thermals

The location is perfect to use the thermals right next to it. It is also close to the center of town and not far walking from the main train station, so that you don't need a car to get there.

Exceptional

Really lovely accommodation and breakfast right next to the spa. Good communication from staff after a glitch in the booking.com system left our family of four with two rooms reserved for single instead of double occupancy. Everything worked out great.

Missed out on having dinner at the hotel because we didn't reserve in advance; had to walk to a nearby steak house which was not ideal after 6 hours in warm water and hot saunas

excellent location, wonderful staff and great facilities.

rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was well squired for four guests. Breakfast was reach and the staff was super nice. The hotel provided towels and a basket to take for the next-door thermal spa.

It was not possible to add an extra bed, so we could sleep only four in a room (a family of five).

Pleasant enough and a nice quiet suite, but did not live up to expectations of and experiences at other 4-star hotels.

Suite was comfortable and quiet.

It does not compare to other four-star hotels. Many standard provisions were presented as extras and charged as such, e.g. coffee, water, even bedding for a toddler (although they made an exception on that point.) Some staff members were not overly friendly, either. All a bit unexpected.

Pleasant stay in Bad Saarow :)

The location of our hotel was located right next to the lake and park, as well as next to the thermal baths, making it very convenient for our overnight stay. Our room was spacious, well-lit, and very clean. We had an additional air purifier as well. We also had a balcony, which was pleasant. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly as well.

Since we were staying at a 4 Star Hotel, we would have hoped for complimentary water, wine, coffee and/or tea. In most hotels that I have stayed at, this was the case. The wifi connection was also quite bad in our room.

Superb

The breakfast was rich and tasty, it surpassed my expectations. Room was cozy :D, and the location of the place was really good; 1 minute walk to the Therme and 5 minutes of walking to get at the near supermarkets, bakeries and places where you want to just go have a cup of coffee and chill.

The only thing were the pillows, other than that we really enjoyed our stay

Had a great vacation!

Was a nice small hotel, great located. The room was big with a small kitchen. Also the breakfast was good!

We were with the front to the small street, as a light sleeper was a bit too noisy.

Superb

The suite is very clean and nice, the staff is helpful, relaxing atmosphere, the location is superb. All in all good place.

The unfolded sofa used like a second bed was very creaky
