Very nice, relaxt place. Beautifully decorated.
4.3
Bel hotel, qualité des prestations, petit déjeuner copieux, bon restaurant, personnel agréable
chambres disponibles un peu tard dans l'après midi, l'emplacement ne facilite pas l'accès aux taxis
4.3
Very friendly and helpful team.
The hotel is new, with a very modern and pleasant concept.
Nice breakfast with a mix of western and Thai food. There is menu with a wide choice and a comprehensive buffet. The service is fast and friendly. Coffee a little too strong.
The hotel is set back from the main street, which is pleasant, and is close to a BTS line, which is convenient for BKK. A shuttle is available to take guests to the main street.
Too much air conditioning in common areas plus the air-conditioning in the rooms makes a horrible noise with vibrations that even make the bed shake. Soundproofing is non-existent both inside the building and outside. Unfortunately, the room has also a strong smell of humidity.
The room (4203) is large and spacious, but the toilet and shower are separated only by a non-insulating glass door. This offers no privacy.

My favorite hotel in BKK. It was my second time in Ad Lib, the design of the hotel is so beautiful and fits perfectly with the exotic vegetation of BKK. The staff is so welcoming, the rooms so clean and comfortable. From the breakfast buffet to the swimming pool, everything there is a delight!
Nothing could be improved; everything is perfect. The only small inconvenient is the location that is a bit far from the center but there are some close stores where you can still find food and beverages if needed.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, clean & comfortable room, nice pool

We had to pay for breakfast , and it was VERY expensive .
Even the hotel room was expensive when you compare to other hotells near by . The staff never smiled !!
It was not A friendly atmosphere and staff was pretty stiff
4.3
Cleanliness of room. Overall design of hotel.

Staff were great - very welcoming and helpful/ Location could hardly have been better - right next to Siam square. The apartment was a decent size and value for money.
The spare bed for our son was very uncomfortable. It didn't seem to bother him, but I tried it and couldn't have slept on it. The worst thing was the smell in the apartment - most probably from the drains. And it just didn't go away. If we'd been staying for anything more than the day and a half we were there I would have asked for another room.

the environment it’s very welcoming and comfortable.

Location is Great. Close to shops, restaurants, sky train.. But still a quiet and peaceful location on a small street.
Breakfast is nice, but the options are a bit limited.
Rooftop pool has all-day sunshine and is very nice.
4.3
The staff was very friendly, the interior & design concept is great and well thought through.
Very good cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Help with travel access - I cut my stay short by a day because I was stressed by the lack of taxi availability in the area. It was hugely inconvenient and stressful. As a woman travelling alone in a very busy and unfamiliar city, this experience was very unsettling.
My booking with Booking.com highlighted I had a free transfer from the airport to the hotel, but when trying to arrange with the hotel I was advised that the service was no longer available.
Each day I struggled to locate taxis to collect me from the hotel meaning I was missing my appointment times for pre-booked vacation experiences. All in all this aspect tarnished my vacation. I felt the hotel could have been a little more accommodating.

the design and layout are good both in the common areas and in the room; overall nice atmosphere and good service
guest bathroom can’t be closed off so unless it’s a couple, otherwise there’s little privacy between two friends sharing the room, when one gets in and out of the toilet or shower room; the windows don’t provide soundproof as we can hear people talking all the time from the local properties across our window even though we shut it off; the narrow and messy lanes passing through before one can reach the hotel; the hotel charges quite a bit more compared to the others nearby

I enjoyed almost everything there. The hotel is beautiful, very nice located. The pool is not so large but very charming in the rooftop. It was very clean. The breakfast was very really good with option on the menu.
The room has a view on a wall

Staff was very nice, location, quiet place, nice view
When I arrived they talked with the taxi & they let the taxi charge me more for the bags I carried in taxi
I think they don’t deserve it but I gave 50 batt for each bag for them to give my taxi (driver)

This is a quiet oasis in an otherwise very busy area.

The entire setting of the hotel is so cozy and homely. The staff were excellent caring for us and made it felt like home.
Unfortunately, ita a bit of a walk from the BTS station, I wish its half the journey only eventide I had to walk out or coming back after a long day out

I like everything
