Emplacement pas trop mal. Le reste......

Mauvaise accueil, les chambres ne sont pas propre ( odeur de moisissure, cafard, mur sales) Pour 75€ la nuit c est du vol

Accueil h24. Sécurité

Accès parking difficile pour grande voiture. Plusieurs manœuvres. Fuite d'eau au sol après douche. Pas veilleuse de nuit. Pas Housse de couette ! 1 seul drap. 1 seul serviette. Poussiéreux ( table,lavabo, sous le lit) pas de tête de lit. Mur sale. Et aucun équipement juste une tv et clim. Les fotos de présentation ne reflète pas la réalité ! Je deconseille cette hôtel. 45e la nuit... à revoir.

Value for money in St Denis with vacancies when there are no other rooms available in the City :-)

Dodgy location felt worried at night. At 10:30pm, the hallway light went on and it was obvious someone was trying to force open doors, mine included. I reported this to reception 8am in morning but guy took little interest even though they have CCTV showing people entering and leaving. He showed much more interest in when I was going to leave that day! What a surprise! No questions about how I felt or calling police. The only thing he raised his voice about was the 11am check out deadline!

For the price I paid, it isn’t worth the stay at the hotel. The stay is equivalent to staying in a cheap back pack hoste

The location

1) Booking states every room has a balcony which is not true. 2) Booking states it’s 10mins away from the beach, when there is no beach nearby. However, a 10 mins walk takes you to the coastline with lots of pebbles, cobbles and rocks. No sand. 3) It’s not sound proof, which meant I had to hear a couple making out for 3 days in a row and they were loud. Nothing was done to ask the couple to keep quiet. I was not happy as I couldn’t sleep due to the noises they made every couple of hours. 4) The shared toilet was tiny, and there was a strong smell of sewage which sometime could be smelt in the bedroom.

Wonderfully horrible!

It was not easy to see, because everything is so old and stained, but the room smelt clean and the sheets were clean. The location is quite good in that it is on a main road close to the seafront and not too far from the city centre.

It was a similar style to the cheapest backpacker hostels I’ve stayed at in India and South east Asia. Grim. Probably build on a budget 40 years ago and never refurbished since. Plastic so old that it has started to disintegrate, foam mattress that dips in the middle, water stains built up over decades, things ‘fixed’ with selotape and coat-hangers… etc. I don’t mind all that, it’s a bit of an adventure, but a fair price would be 15euros a night, not 30.
