Strand ist auf Grund der Jahreszeit nicht zu beurteilen, Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, Frühstück hat geschmeckt.
Es war etwas schwierig die Rezeption zu finden, bessere Beschilderung könnte helfen.

bedroom terrace, exceptionally good food.
Although we knew the pool was not open we did not expect it to look so neglected. To be fair the men did make a start on cleaning it up.

the pool closed super early

Friendly staff and service. Clean and spacious rooms. Easy access to the pool and the beach. Easy access to property bar and restaurants. Private parking. Night entertainment and music. Noise free rooms. Great room view with spacious terrace.
It's a bit too pricy for the quality of the rooms. Rooms are quite outdated. The restaurants and pizzeria are average and there are no other options in the surroundings. The property is quite far from the city of Termoli (15min drive).

excellent facilities, i was only passing through for work but would like to go back with family for a short break to really make the most of everything on offer.
staff not particularly friendly

The staff especially the young receptionist were very helpful. Even preparing an English menu just for me.
The food was pretty good considering so few visitors at this time of year.
The location for young families in summer would be perfect.
My room was too hot and no matter how I adjust the control it stayed hot. I opened the balcony door to get cool air. There must be a large air con it generator near my room which starts up every half hour through the night. Then in the morning the express trains start whizzing past.
The place was almost empty. I know it was cheap but I should not have been given a room near the machine. When I booked it, it said garden view. It looks at a hedge not a garden.

Wonderful facilities, incl. a perfect, spacious, white sandy beach with clear water and a huge nice swimming pool. Generally sweet staff, very good breakfast and food.
We were approached with a few absurd “rules” that made us feel quite uncomfortable. First, we were told that we could not eat outside - despite their restaurant having a set-up outdoor area with plenty of tables... So the idea was that we had to sit in a huge indoor canteen with a loud Italian TV in the background - without a particular explanation!
Then, it was not allowed to swim without a bathing hat in the swimming pool. So we had to buy those at the hotel. The sad part was that during a breakfast we saw one of the staff taking a plunge in it without wearing any hat 🙈
Finally, during our last day, we were asked to suddenly leave our 4 sun beds at the beach and occupy only two other ones instead. The reason was that someone else had booked our sun beds and demanded them (we saw no one taking over them though afterwards). As to why we could have only 2 sun beds, we were told that our room provided only for 2 free beds. The reality was that I had paid for 2 adults and 2 children to stay in the family room, eat breakfast etc., so it was difficult to understand that logic! But the most ridiculous part was that 80% of the beach was empty and there were a lot of other sun beds available. And still, we were told that if we wanted 2 extra sun beds we had to pay 30 Euros in the middle of the day... 😏 Please don’t treat your non-Italian guests like that again!

PHENOM beach view room with an amazingly HUGE balcony. This Mid Century Modern gem of a hotel is the best kept secret on the Adriatic. The private beach is a few steps from the hotel, the pool is glorious with clear glass barrier as to not obstruct any view of the beach or sea. Hotel is situated in a great spot convenient to so many sight seeing areas, perfect to use as a base place to rest. The restaurant on site is wonderful, amazing atmosphere and food is pretty darn fantastic.

Private beachfront property... gorgeous. Incred pool by the beach with glass fence barrier as to not obstruct the view... simply spectacular. Lots of outdoor seating for dining al fresco. Breakfast was delish. All the dinner meals were pretty nice as well. Room was incredibly spacious, modern and clean. Staff were fantastic. Parking was fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed my incredible stay on the Adriatic via the Martur.
Unfortunately, room was on the side with a view of the trees between hotel and neighboring hotel. Nice balcony but not much of a view, which was the only downside of this hotel...but wasn't in my room much so it wasn't big enough a factor to ruin the stay.
