Location

Facilities and services are very poor. 1st asking zero payment to book as we booked immediately demand pay 25 % and full it is not good as guest reached to the hotel and paid 25% aleady and demand check in after making full payment ? why not asked all thing at the time of booking.

Not at all worth the price.

The hotel's location was maybe the best part of the hotel. The breakfast was okay. Their restaurant is not that great. We ordered just once but after that, we ordered via Swiggy/Zomato. The bathrooms are good and spacious. They have enough light in the day due to the big window and the Wi-Fi is also good and stable. We got 26MBPS internet speed while our stay.

I have mixed reviews for staff but there was this one staff member (Jeetu ji), he is a great help. They only have a particular type of water bottle brand Oxyrich, which is not great water. When asked for Bisleri, they charged us instead of replacing the standard complimentary bottles. Their AC is not that effective. The fridge was not working in our room. We had to get it replaced the next day. I would not at all recommend this hotel especially at the price of ₹1700/night/room. You can find a much better stay at this rate in NCR.

Cancelled my booking and gave absolutely no notice until I was in the lobby trying to check in. Had to book another hotel while standing in their lobby. Unhelpful staff.

Not upto the mark . Cleanliness, hygiene and facilities to be checked again.

Breakfast was nice but costly and quantity was very less Location is good . It has a peaceful environment in the neighborhood.

Facilities could have been better like there was no water heater in the room. The rooms were full of dust not cleaned. The bath towel had a kind of cheap detergent smell . Rooms were neither sweeped nor mopped before the customer came . And the worst part was AC - when it was put on, the room had a bad smell . Bathroom was not cleaned it had hairs around. I stayed for 3 nights since it was urgent but there was never cleaning of rooms by the staffs nor change of linens . If you don’t want to stay in the room for too long like just keep your luggage and go out and come only for night sleep, it will be ok because that’s what I did. But if you want to stay in the room for the whole day it will be not worth it.
