Walkout ocean view was awesome. Thats about it.
mold in bathroom/shower, cardboard on bedroom windows to block out light, coffee table top (glass) was in pieces in a bucket in the laundry cabinet (total safety hazard) phone and tv/cable did not work. This place needs to be gutted and start over.

The gulf view from this condo is absolutely beautiful and breathtaking! Very easy access to the beach also..... just be mindful if you are elderly or have knee/hip problems, you'll have to go down 20 stairs to access the beach and up them again to get back to the condo as the dunes are high. Also, to get to the condo (upon arrival), you'll have to go down 8 stairs and up them again to leave, as the condo is below parking lot level. This place was cozy and cute. Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. We never heard neighbors or anyone at all. There's a huge jacuzzi tub in the bathroom which is a plus. The location was wonderful and convenient! Seaside is just down the road a mile or so and there were many choices around for dining. A convenient store is located within half a mile. We will definitely be staying again!
The hot/warm water ran out very quickly each time we tried to take a shower/bath and we had to get out due to it turning cold. The place was a bit dated as far as wall pictures and furniture.

The location is great. It is just steps to the beach.
The shower could have been cleaner.

quiet
too small. was misrepresented on the room when booked. it showed pic of a full size 1 bedroom 1bath condo. they booked me a one room studio After reading other reviews, I see I was not the only one misrepresented on the room. For the price I paid, I think I really should get a refund for the misrepentation of the room. I hope others read this, so they will not make the same mistake. There is not room for more than 2 people.

location to the beach was perfect
It is a very old condo. The style is early 80’s and needs an upgrade as well as cosmetic improvements. The patio doors are not functioning properly. The bathtub is so old that it looks dirty due to worn areas.
I phoned on Wednesday when I realized the dates were wrong and that it should have been Thurs -Sunday. I was told I couldn’t be accommodated. I understood not being available for use Thursday night, but didn’t understand why I couldn’t be refunded for Sunday night since we were leaving very early Sunday morning.
The lockbox had to be reset and it was not a quick process, especially at 1 AM.

location
out dated , lack of storage containers for food, knives for cutting food, no coffee filters and tissue in the bathroom. the worst was the black mold on the cabinets and base boards in the bathroom and the worn out jacuzzi tub.

The location was perfect.
A inspector needs to come look at the apartment,ASAP! Right when you get to the door, it was filthy and smelled of pee. Cracked ceilings, bathroom has black mold and termites eating out the cabinets.Doors barely hanging on. Kitchen very old and dirty paint. Couches were disgusting, stains everywhere. Sliding glass doors barley open, we thought we would break them trying to open more. The other door didn’t open at all. No extra blankets, just a thin sheet on bed. The bath/shower was so disgusting, no one looks like they’ve cleaned it for ages. There was black things swimming at the bottom when water turned on. Very sad!

Location is wonderful, gulf front. Easy walking to restaurants.
The description does not mention that you have to go down 8 or so steps to the front door, there was no security lighting, and the mattress was very soft. The condo has a very tired appearance to it, but the location makes up for the lack of repairs and worn look.

Very clean and welcoming great amenities, excellent location
Bed was a little uncomfortable. other than that it was great.

• No condo numbers visible from driveway.
• Bathtub drain was slow. It was stained and gross.
• Sliding door track is rusted and hard to open
• Subterranean corridor to condo was dark. Should be well lit for security & safety

The location of the space was very convenient, walking distance to the beachfront. The interiors were also modernized and clean.
The space was much smaller and completely different than what was shown in Booking.com's photos. The photos represented a townhouse with a separate living room, kitchen, hallway, and bedroom. I had made plans based on the space advertised. But what we received was a tiny studio bedroom with a kitchen. After calling to

Location and view were perfect.
Condo needs major work in the bathroom and other area. Back sliding door very difficult to move.

According to the booking description, this room had an ocean view. It did not. I requested a refund through Booking.com, but did not receive a response. In addition to the room not having an ocean view as described, the toilet was broken and a bedside lamp did not work. It was reported, but never fixed. The pictures on the Booking.com website were of a 1 bedroom, ocean front apartment. We arrived to a dark, tiny one room studio. Worse beach trip ever!

Clean, near the beach; appliances including washer/dryer came in handy
I was disappointed that there were no outlets/charging stations near the bed. The sliding screen in the door constantly came off the track and could use some wd40 to slide more easily; the sliding curtains as well.
The air conditioning return had a pink-mold-looking stain on it.

The location is beautiful. Once we made contact with the staff, they were very helpful.
The bathtub was dirty and the television did not work. Even though we had trouble opening the lockbox in order to enter the property, it took us 45 minutes to make contact with someone who could help us. Once we made contact, the people were very helpful.
