It is so close to the town center you need not bother to get in your car! Close to the Boardwalk, parks, beaches, shops, bakeries, great restaurants, wine bar, pubs, boutique, or just nip in and grab a great coffee. 5 mins walk to town or to the beach! This newly-redecorated, modern home is perfect for your next family holiday Down South.

LOCATION
The Chilli Spot is located only 600m from the Dunsborough town centre, and 700m from the beach. From Perth, the house is 237km south (2.5 - 3 hours drive)
Dunsborough is sheltered by the waters of Geographe Bay. It represents an ideal family holiday location with its quiet coves, sandy beaches, surrounding national park, nature reserves and numerous scenic walk trails. Many of the Margaret River Wine Regions fine wineries are situated only a few minutes drive from the town centre. Nearby Meelup, Eagle Bay and Bunker Bay offer perfect beaches for fishing, swimming and snorkelling.

Local Attractions, apart from the many glorious swimming and surfing beaches along the Cape Naturaliste coast, include numerous award winning wineries, art/craft galleries, several breweries as well as the Margaret River Chocolate Factory, Fonti Farm cheeses & yoghurts (home of the best milkshakes in the SouthWest), Simmos Icecreamery & Country Life Farm. We absolutely love everything about this property. Clean , well fitted out and an amazing location. Ticks all the boxes.

Enjoyed our stay at the Chilli House. Hosts have provided a welcoming, clean and well equipped home. Location was perfect with town or the beach being a short stroll away. Loved the fact that our family fur baby was also welcomed. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

The property was a perfect location for us as we took my parents which haven't been to the area for over 50 odd years and they couldn't believe how much dunsborough ,busselton, Yallingup, Margaret River has changed. ☺️ They loved their stay at the chillispot, as so did we, the chillispot is a lovely house and very pet friendly which was a bonus for us, 🥰 the place was lovely and clean and the beds are very comfortable. We will definitely be back with my parents next year, but next time think it will be for 7 days, so chillispot look forward to seeing you next year love from the Armstrongs 10/10

Upon our arrival, the instructions we received made entering the property a breeze. We found the premises very clean and presentable which made our short stay a home away from home. Would highly recommend "The Chilli Spot" a place to stay if you're visiting the Dunsborough region.

Annoying to be getting correspondence from two platforms. Understand maybe schoolies market but felt like we’d done something wrong with all the notes around property explaining rules that made it hard to relax. Uncomfortable beds

Location is amazing, can walk to town and beach. Reasonably priced accommodation.
Only things I can fault, it was hard to leave windows open to enjoy beautiful fresh breeze as not all rooms have flyscreens and mattress in front room needs to be replaced as it dips in the middle

Great time had . We were pleasantly surprised how big it was. Loved the 2 lounge areas for the kids.

I stayed at Chilli Spot with my daughters and their friend.
The accommodation was ok, except for the heat in the bedrooms. Some portable fans would have been ideal. We had some at home but couldn't pack them, as we were packing our own linen and towels.
We also found mould on the bathroom ceiling, near the window. This needs to be cleaned up.

Property is well setup for up to 8 people. Short walk to town and only ten minutes walk to the beach. Dogs loved the beach.

Mindy was very helpful, just that we were not clear with switches.shevhad yo run 8m to help. To contact on whatsapp would have been convenient. On the whole we had a good time.

The Chilli Spot was a great place to spend the long Easter weekend with our pups. Great location, close to town, cafes, shops and beach. Quiet street. There isn’t a blow dryer (heads up 😂😝).

The Chilli Spot is a superbly located property that has everything needed for a wonderful family holiday. Two seperate living room areas, and a secure back courtyard that our 6 year old loved pushing his scooter around. Walking distance to town for restaurants and cafes. Would stay again.

Absolutely amazing property that fit our large group perfectly. It’s located in the heart of Dunsborough and only a short walk to the beach, cafés, and shops which we took full advantage of. We had a great time and is definitely a place to come back to again.

This was our third time back here. We love the place and the location! It’s nothing super fancy but it’s absolutely everything we need and in a perfect location for our little family. My kids are 5 & 7 and easily walk or scoot/ride into town, they’re able to walk to the beach also though we generally take a bike or scooter for ease. The communication with the owners is always so easy, everything is well communicated. This is a great place. Highly recommended!!

We arrive to find a really inviting property inside which had a really nice open planned feel and laid back character. We were walking distance to town centre and beach and had all the amenities needed. It is definitely a place we will come back to stay at again

It is a peaceful, tranquil property, a lovely place to recharge your batteries and connect with nature. Adrian is an amazing host, he is so easy to communicate with and has been very helpful.
