Hyggeligt lille hotel med god atmosfære. Der er en dejlig tagterrasse med god udsigt over havet.
Størrelsen af bedeværelset var i kategorien meget småt.

Sehr nette hilfsbereite Inhaberin

It is quite pretty and it looks like once it was beautiful. the bathroom was close by the room and was quite pretty.
While it’s pretty its also a bit run down. Part of my door frame was hanging on by a piece of tape and the doors were a bit whimsy. The air in the room was also very stuffy. While I got a ventilator in my room the second night, the first was almost unbearable as it was so hot and difficult to air out.

Excellent breakfast.
The reception not available unless you call them.

The hostess of the hotel was more than fantastic. She took good care of us and provided us with option for being more comfortable at the hotel stay. We can not forget this great hospitality.
This is a relaxing place so do not expect much around the area.

Nice and quiet location, stylish hotel. The owner very nice and warm.
The bathroom was very small.

We can nnot thank you enough Marilina 🙏! She kindly changed our dates when we couldn't arrive in time due to car problems, the room was nice and clean, breakfast was great and Marilina was kind enough to recommend areas nearby worth visiting and suggested the best way of getting there. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely come back! :)
Everything was great 👍

Great breakfast. Good facilities with close access to the beach.

a hotel is super cute outside, but
inside I was so disappointed.
first of all, there’s no air conditioner and it’s impossible to breathe during the night
second of all, there’s ants everywhere :(

The room was pretty small: bed, some open hangers, a table, a fan, and a shower room. The breakfasts were good: yogurts, cereals, boiled eggs, cheese, ham, bread, cakes, and some fruits. The beach is close and accessible by stairs hidden in-between houses. The bed was comfy. Owners recommend some tasty local restaurants nearby.
The room didn't have any kind of drawers or a balcony. No hot food such as porridges or freshly cooked eggs (omelet or fried). No good place to dry towels in the room, should ask owners for the place to dry your stuff.

The location was amazing, the included breakfast was amazing, and the whole hotel is very cute. If you come to find a very aesthetic place, Gian Paul Hotel is the right hotel.
The shared bathroom.

good location

There was no airco, only a blower. That was nog enough in the summer heat. But everything else from walking distance to the beach, to the included breakfast, parking spot and hospitality was perfect!!

Very nice creative interior, yard with terrace and garden furniture. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Nice bar on the rooftop with a fantastic view. Private parking. Short route to the beach
Very small room with absolutely tiny bathroom: knees don't fit in this little space. There is no climat control, only ventilator, it was very hot in the night. Breakfast is a little bit chaotic and messy: there was no enough plates, no glass, one salt for all guests. The owner sometimes came and prepared a table for guests, but there was no control for what happening on the bufet table.

Amazing location and view from the room. Exceptional breakfast at the garden. Small boutique hotel. We would be really glad to return back here. On Friday the roof-top was opened with some live music. Highly recommended. I was sceptical, when reading other comments. Could not find anything what I didn't like. Great place for a long - weekend.

cool location with a beautiful view on top of the hotel
the landlady was very lovely.
the breakfast was nice
Room decoration was nice
- the room are not enough sound insulated. we heard everything what was going on in the rooms next below us. From a couple that had sex next to us to an old man going to the bathroom at night, we could rest very much. But ok, we are in italy, you need to be ok with it
- the room had a separate bathroom which was not so convenient

Everything was perfect. The location, the lady that runs the place is the nicest person and very helpfull. The beach is a 6 min walk and the whole location is just perfect

We were a little afraid after reading the reviews on booking but the hotel was super good.
They have a free parking spot on their territory, room was clean, furniture and bathroom was in good condition (don't know who are these people complaining about bathroom size). It is 5 mins to the beach. And it has amazing restaurant on the roof (as I understand owners cooked by themselves) - highly recommended to come to the dinner at sunset, the view is spectacular.
3.9
Great view from the rooftop where it is possible to drink/eat something in the evening. The place you want to be. Very nice personel, you feel like in home.
3.9
The view from the terrace is very nice, it is good place to have dinner and a drink, I recommend the fried Fiori di Zucca.
The decoration of the room and common areas is nice.
The room has a huge TV with Netflix access.
The nearby beach can be accessed on foot in a few minutes, the train station is also on a walking distance, and Sestri Levante can be reached easily by bus.
You cannot bring your own food and drinks to the terrace.
The way shown on google maps to reach the location is not the easiest to reach on foot (ask for the property for directions). There is a shorter way, but it is only reachable by stairs, which can get complicated with luggage.
The shower box is very very small.

Food, home made delicious
Staff very good
No bathroom in the room, only on the floor

Receptionist and owner very friendly and forthcoming. Super nice welcoming and very helpful during our stay. They treated us with extra care and I reccomend this hotel to whoever is interested in encountering a great host.

An amazing lady at the reception. Very welcoming and polite. She met us with glasses of wine. Rooms are clean and stylish Recommend.

Photos online are old and not u to date, rooms are much smaller then they appear. The room has aged alot and the quality of the bed or the furniture is low. The walls and bed frame were in desperate need of some new paint. The batroom was extremely small and the door is so lose (sliding door)you could not comfortably go to the toilet. Walls are very thin, one night we could here the guest next door have some loud fun in bed for hours.

- Very friendly people.
- Parking space next to the entrance.
- Small little hotel in nice style decorated.
- The location is on the hill. Restaurant, beach and station very nearby. The village is small and cosy. You can travel very easy bij bus or train to other places in the area, like cinque terre.
-No clean towels every day.
-The reception and the roof terrace closes very early, around 20.00 o'clock.
-No small refrigerator in the room.
-You hear everything very good. The walls are very thin. So if you are a light sleeper, this is not the hotel for you.
