Spacious, quiet condo with good amenities including indoor/outdoor pool and fitness center. Right in the heart of downtown Breckenridge close to so many cute shops and great restaurants.

This was a great location and set up for our group of 8. We had an issue with one of the toilets, but it was addressed promptly. Check in process was a challenge and difficult timing with arrival and adjusting to altitude. Overall, we had a great time, and we would book again. We might just try to arrive later as we could not enter the premises prior to 4 pm.

This place was awesome for our girls weekend getaway. The location was great because it’s walking distance to everything downtown so if you split up to do various things it works really nicely. It was annoying that we could only have 1 parking space in the garage, but once we figured out the overnight parking situation across town, it wasn’t that bad.
The check-in/check-out process was pretty confusing if I’m being completely honest. We didn’t know where to park in the parking garage (the tag is green but this condo is in the Chateaux which is purple so it took us a bit to figure that out) and it would have been nice to have more details. The lockbox code that was given to us was only 3 digits and the box required 4 numbers. Once we checked in, the place was perfect but there were a few hiccups and frustration checking in.
Overall, I would highly recommend this place for a family or group of friends and you will not be disappointed!

The property was the absolute perfect location to access everything in town! The only down side is if you have multiple cars the parking situation was not great having to drive and park at the lots a little outside of downtown. Other than that the place was so clean and so nice! We loved our stay!

The spacious bedrooms and beautiful open living /kitchen make for an easy family friendly atmosphere to be together and to rest alone as needed. The setting is lovely and easy walking access to town and gondola. The kitchen is well stocked for meals at home. The parking is just as advertised but not a problem. Plan to park any cars beyond the one at the remote location. You won’t need it anyway. The pictures are accurate and the pool area and exercise room are a wonderful bonus. Don’t waste anytime, book it now!

Had nine people staying. They gave me 4 keys two didn’t work . I talked to someone at the management company. They said they would take care of it and notify me . Never heard a word from them. Two keys for nine was ruff , took lot of planning to get in and out !

Excellent stay
Very nice unit. Excellent quality and plenty of space. Would definitely stay again. Only disappointment was that I booked this unit thinking there was a pack n play (as stated in the advertisement) and there was not one. We were not able to book one same day from a rental company so that made it a bit tricky for our little one. Otherwise this is a very beautiful unit in a great complex. Can walk to everything in town!

We have stayed at dozens of VRBO ski condos over the last decade, and this is the nicest. It was clean, comfortable and close to the slopes. Everything you needed was in the condo. Communications with the rental company was first rate. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location
The location is unbeatable! walk to lift and ski school and town. Plenty of space for our two families with young kids. We either walked to dinner or cooked in and the kitchen was equipped well. The hot tubs for this location are excellent and we spent most every afternoon after skiing in them. This is our second time staying in this building and we will 100% look to book here the again. We had a slight issue with our parking pass not working and they quickly addressed it and got us a new one. Very pleased with the communication and ease of this rental.

An amazing ski condo
We have stayed at dozens of VRBO ski condos over the last decade, and this is the nicest. It was clean, comfortable and close to the slopes. Everything you needed was in the condo. Communications with the rental company was first rate. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Breckenridge, the condo was lovely. Just like in the photos. Comfortably housed our family of 4 adults and 2 children and easily walkable to shops and restaurants. The only negative is the parking garage as others mentioned--it is extremely tight.

It’s a quick walk to Main Street so we didn’t have to worry about trying to find parking. There is a ton of room in the condo so our party of six never felt crowded. They were a bit crowded for bigger kids. But of course, that has nothing to do with the owners and if it was younger kiddos, they’re perfect. It’s a great condo for an amazing deal. Our family had an amazing time at this lovely condo! It was exactly as described and everything we needed. Walking distance to all of the best attractions of breck.

Overall, this location felt much more like we were staying at someone's private vacation home than a rental. The location is incredible - steps from the slopes in the winter, and a block from main street. The kitchen is a cook's dream! We cooked almost all meals for our group of six in the condo, and the kitchen was far and away the best stocked rental kitchen I have ever encountered. The finishes are higher-end than most of the similarly priced rentals we have encountered. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and private, and there was lots of storage in each room. One thing to be aware of is that the garage spots are a tight fit for larger cars, so I would avoid driving a large SUV if possible. We highly recommend this rental and would gladly stay here again any time of year!

The condo was lovely and beautifully maintained. Any questions we had were quickly answered. Our only problem was that there was only one parking place for us which meant that the second car had to be parked over a mile away. That is because Breckenridge is so popular that overnight parking for a second vehicle is very hard to find.

Our only problem was that there was only one parking place for us which meant that the second car had to be parked over a mile away. That is because Breckenridge is so popular that overnight parking for a second vehicle is very hard to find.

Hard to believe it's a rental!
Overall, this location felt much more like we were staying at someone's private vacation home than a rental. The location is incredible - steps from the slopes in the winter, and a block from main street. The kitchen is a cook's dream! We cooked almost all meals for our group of six in the condo, and the kitchen was far and away the best stocked rental kitchen I have ever encountered. The finishes are higher-end than most of the similarly priced rentals we have encountered. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and private, and there was lots of storage in each room. One thing to be aware of is that the garage spots are a tight fit for larger cars, so I would avoid driving a large SUV if possible. We highly recommend this rental and would gladly stay here again any time of year!

Incredible, highly recommend
We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was the perfect size for our group, ideal location, easy check-in / check-out process—it all went off without a hitch! Would absolutely stay there again, we loved it!

Family weekend
The property was beautiful. The only thing negative was the check in process. There was no one at the office when we arrived. Trying to get someone to talk to with phone numbers given was a challenge. Once we got an actual person to talk to, they gave us information as to where our key package was, it was easy. Took about 45 minutes to get to that point.

Great condo in convenient location
Perfect place to stay. Very spacious in easy walking distance to main street. We had three couples staying there and worked perfectly! I definitely recommend this place.
