Exceptional

The apartment was very nice, modern, everyting was well-equipped. Very calm area, surrounded by beautiful the nature. Absolutely worth to stay there.

A cozy place close to beach.

The apartment was cozy, clean and close to the main attractions: Aquacolors Aquapark, Plava Laguna and Parentium Beach.

The fact that near the property there are 3 roosters that woke us up every morning at 5AM.

Beautiful area, beautiful super clean apartment and fantastic owner/landlord

The apartment was modern and spotless. We loved staying at this apartment. The location is very good, close to town but in a lovely quiet area, exactly what we wanted. The owner was absolutely delightful and gave us lots of information about the area, the beaches, which towns to visit and recommendation of restaurants. We would highly recommend staying here.

The only thing we would have liked was either aircon units in the bedrooms or ceiling fans. There is an aircon unit in the open plan kitchen/diner, but unfortunately the bedrooms did not have any units or fans. It can get quite hot and humid in the bedrooms so a ceiling fan or even a loose standing fan would have been great.

Very good apartments. Best recommendations!

Very good apartments. Pleasant owners. Clean and comfortable. Parking at the house. The only thing we really missed was a washing machine. With a child, this would be very helpful))

Exceptional

Everything was perfect! The flat is modern and clean. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. It's located a bit far from the city centre but the neighbourhood is very nice and quiet. There's also a beautiful garden with a small playground. We wish there was an oven and a swing for babies but apart from that it's a perfect holiday house, we totally recommend it!

Very comfortable space in the middle of the green and terra rossa scenery, in the vicinity of vineyards, forest, bike trails and away from the noise. The host is a very helpful and pleasant person. Everything was perfect.

Beautiful modern apartment with balcony in a peaceful rural setting.

We self catered, apartment was absolutely lovely, rural location very peaceful. The owner was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend!

Great stay at Villa Gioia

We stayed at Villa Gioia for a week and we absolutely loved it. The property is just outside of Poreč (car required if you want to go to town) and it’s in a very quiet area, so if you are looking for some relax it’s the perfect choice. Damir and his wife are great hosts and at disposal in case of need. Highly recommended!

Great place, amazing people!

Our stay at Villa Gioia was one of the best holiday we had so far. Our hosts were very welcoming and willing to help with everything necessary. The apartment was big, modern and confortable. The kitchen had all you need to cook like at home. The terrace was big and had a view that one won't find easily anywhere, not to say about the fresh air that you could get from the many trees around. It's also such a great place for children to play. You could reach to beaches by car in several minutes. All in all, it has been such a wonderful place to stay at. Thank you Marina and Damir and wish you all the best!

Perfect accommodation, I would recommend to everybody

Everything was absolutely fantastic. The place is quiet, not so close to the beach, but you can easily get to the seaside by car in a few minutes. The room was very clean, great equipped, with everything you need. And also the owners were very helpful and kind.
