Staff was nice
A LOT of spiders in the room (like 10+), I checked the mattress as I always do for bed bugs, it was disgusting, lots of stains everywhere. No toilet paper, trash from the previous guests was still present. Floor was not clean and spider webs everywhere. The property was probably very cute a couple of years ago but now it looks abandoned, the ponds are not well cared for and the gardens is a mess. Kind of hard to get to, had to walk in a small alley with no clear indication of where it was until the last minute.

Air con didn't work so the room was really hot. there were 4 cockroaches in the room at one time, a LOT of ants and there was a crack in the ceiling that a lizard came through.

Mr. Vinh is such an amazing person. His energy and kindness made us enjoy our stay. The plants are amazing, the butterflies flying around make the place so magical. It's literally a stress free zone. Highly recommended!

Very clean and welcoming. It's a step back into beauty while not leaving the city. The owner is friendly and accommodating.
I needed a quiet wind down to prepare for my trip back to Canada after driving for 5 months, and I found it here.

Cheap room 200k a night
Rented a motor bike for 100k
Air con was good
If your looking for value for money this place is good. I would recommend this place if your on a budget if you can afford to spend a bit more there are better options.
The room is really small there wasn't much space for bags.
The pillows are really hard.

the place is nice and quite and the staff was friendly
there is also a really cheap and good restaurant near the place
the location in the city is ok but it’s not a nice place to walk around it’s a small side alley in a small alley so it wasn’t nice to come back at night.
in addition to that we had a mouse in the room (we didn’t saw it but there was poo everywhere

The garden was very pretty and the appartment was not too small. We enjoyed the balcony and the outdoor area in general. There is also a outdoor kitchen with a lot of equipment you can use.
The way to get there consists of trash on the left side, therefore there are many rats, cockroaches and dogs (you will hear them bark a lot during the night). Our room was very dirty when we arrived, we got cleaning stuff from our neighbours which also cleaned their room on their own. The manager saw us and when we told him it was not clean, he just said "yes".

It was a nice place to stay except for dishonest check out experience.
I booked for 7 nights and paid for 7 nights but when I went to check out, Mr Vinh charged for an extra night. He tried to say it is because the rate on booking.com was wrong, or because he put me in a bigger room. The excuse for charging me more kept changing. If he put me in a bigger room than I paid for, he should not have. I didn't ask for a bigger room. I do not recommend staying here.
I paid the extra night, even though it was wrong.

Close to the beach
Super noisy! I heard the music from the neighbors in my room, even when they said the room would be soundproof..

Cheap little guesthouse located close to the beach and just off the main strip near restaurants and shops.
Unfortunately we had a few strange interactions with the host - firstly when we arrived (around midday) he showed us to our room and then 15 minutes later after we'd started unpacking/settled in he came to the room and told us we needed to move to a much smaller, cramped room with no explanation as to why (there was a bit of a language barrier) and despite walking past most of the other bigger rooms which were empty. Then late in the evening when we were in bed, he came and knocked on the door asking for the payment for the room, despite it being agreed beforehand we'd pay when we checked out.
As well as this the doors to the rooms open out into the overgrown garden area so was extremely loud at night with various animal noises, and the door doesn't seal at all so we woke up with lots of mosquito bites and lots of insects in the room. The bathroom was pretty dirty and the towels smelt bad.
Was bearable for a night but wouldn't come back and certainly wouldn't recommend!

Great place to stay in the centre of Mui Ne. We've stayed here before and will stay here again. Friendly, caring owners who take pride in the design of their property. Very good value for money.
