About this house rental

"Trifecta East" is a new luxury beachfront home featuring 10 bedrooms, 10.5 bathrooms, luxury linens from Peacock Alley, a private pool, indoor elevator, a fabulous game room with a pool table and sits directly on the beach! This home is located on the West end of Panama City Beach and is a prime spot for your beach vacation.

Located on the ground floor is your first living room area complete with pool table, couch, kitchenette and flat screen TV. The sliding glass doors open up to your private pool surrounded by ample lounge seating, charcoal grill and direct beach access boardwalk. Down the hallway are two bedrooms, one is a queen over king bunk and the other is a uniquely spaced bunk room featuring 3 twin over twin bunk beds (sleeps a total of 6 guests). Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom.

The second floor is the main living space of the home which has your fully equipped kitchen, open living room and dining area with seating for up to 14 guests (with additional 4 stools at the eat-in bar). The sliding glass doors lead out to your first furnished balcony which also has a small dining table as well for those that choose to dine outside and listen to the waves roll in. There are two additional bedrooms down the hall on this floor as well, one king and one twin over twin bunk, each with their own private bathrooms.

Head up the stairs (or elevator) to the third floor to the beachfront king master suite complete with sitting area and a furnished walkout balcony. There is also a queen over queen bunk room, twin over queen bunk room and additional king room down the hallway.

The fourth floor has the last two bedrooms, one holds two twin over twin bunk beds and the other is on the beachside of the home which mirrors the same king master suite that's on the third floor (sitting area as well as furnished balcony). Each of these room have their own private bathrooms as well.

A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:

There is an indoor elevator equipped in this home to help quickly and conveniently navigate between floors. This is very helpful for anyone that may have a difficult time with making the track up each flight of stairs.

Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.

The Beach! "Trifecta East" has direct beach access with a private boardwalk shared with our other rental home, "Trifecta", next door.

Trifecta East requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the check-in/checkout schedule below:

2025:
Family Break: April 5 - April 12 (Saturday - Saturday)
Summer: May 24 - August 2 (Saturday - Saturday)
Fall Break: September 27 - October 11 (Saturday - Saturday)

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. A credit card is required to be put on file. Some other important items to remember:

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

We held our family reunion at Trifecta East and it delivered in every way. The property was huge, rooms fit our family perfectly, the location was right on the beach with gorgeous views. We had a few needs while we stayed and the management company was quick to respond and assist as we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Overall the property is amazing and the management team was very responsive. The only negatives is the wifi barely worked and for some reason in the back room on the 4th floor the power went out a few times. Overall a great stay and would come back.

The property was perfect for our family group of 26 people. We had all ages with us. The access to the beach was so convenient. The house was clean and comfortable. Wonderful bedrooms for sleeping - spacious common space for eating and gathering. We'd do it again.

This was THE MOST AMAZING house!! We rented last month a few doors down and BY FAR this house exceeded our expectations!! The property management company was fabulous to work with. The house was so clean, organized and everything worked properly. The pool was gorgeous - the design & layout exceeded any home we’ve rented on PCB! Thank you for a great stay!!

This was our Clean Eatz owner retreat event. We had an epic time. The house was as advertised. Very up to date decor. Management was great to work with. Easy checkin. Area was accommodating with great restaurants and activities. Would definitely book again.

This house did not disappoint! The photos and descriptions are very accurate. It was spotless, the beach access is super close and the pool was such a bonus with 10 kids! The managers answered all questions and were on top of every single thing we asked of them! We are looking to book Trifecra again next year! Amazing experience in PCB!!
