Worst experience of Puducherry

Ok location and reasonably responsive staff

1. Stinking drain outside the house. 2. Geyser and television cable never functioned. 3. Bedrooms lack basic facilities, tables, or chairs. 4. Most primitive setup of kitchen with plastic trays and burnt out utensils. 5. Not worth the money.

Perfect

The host Mr. Jose was very helpful. He allowed an early check-in for us and informed us about all the nearby and far away Pondicherry gems. The location of DJ Villa is really nice. All in all a very very positive and excellent experience!

No proper approach road for car. Lots of mosquitoes. Not enough car parking. No coffee tea served. No extra blankets provided. No card payment accepted. Payments to be made in advance.

Superb stay

I and my friends had a lovely stay at DJ Villa. Our gracious host Mr. Jose Paul was very attentive and ready to help all the time and could be reached by just one phone call. The breakfast that was served everyday was delicious. The rooms are pretty spacious and clean, and extra facilities like washing machine, kitchen, geyser, etc made our stay superb and hassle free. Will definitely recommend to others when they visit Pondi.

All good except locality and approach road

Cleanliness, courteous staff, proximity to major tourist attractions

Parking facility is not adequate for a 4 wheeler. This is because the approach road to the property is very narrow and more often than not it is crowded with bikes parked in all possible orientations, causing obstacles in entering the premises.

Its very budget friendly stay, if you are going with family then easily 6 to10 people can stay here. Only concern might be the lane to enter this stay, its bit narrow. Its not a major issue, but other facilities you get is good.
