Sehr erholsam direkt am Strand

Super Lage, direkt zwischen Promenade und Strand. Die Wohnung war sehr groß und sauber. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz war gut, die Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage etwas eng, aber immer noch gut machbar.

Appartement mit Meerblick hält was es verspricht

Toller Ausblick auf die Ostsee Restaurants und Einkaufen in direkter Nähe Größe der Zimmer im Appartement gut

Es war 1 Bad vorhanden und keine weitere Toilette. Bei 4 Personen wäre eine zweite Toilette schön gewesen.

Sonst war es super.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Aussicht war Mega. Schön Meerblick gehabt. Sonst war eigentlich außer das negative wie beschrieben alles super.

Die TV Geräte sind veraltet. Man bekommt nicht alle deutsche Sender bzw. man kann kein Netflix Abend mal machen bei schlechten Wetter. Nach 2 Tage ist der Fahrstuhl ausgefallen und wir haben leider ganz oben gewohnt. Mussten mit dem Kinderwagen immer hoch und runter tragen. Es wurde gesagt, dass es weiter geleitet wird aber ist bis zu Abreise nichts passiert. Das war sehr ärgerlich.

Sehr gute Lage und schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Die Wohnung liegt ideal für viele Ausflüge. Strand, Promenade gleich nebenan und die Innenstadt, durch den Park, ist in 15min zu Fuß erreichbar. Eckbalkon groß und gute Sicht auf die Ostsee. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und schön eingerichtet.

Bis auf die paar Kleinigkeiten war es wirklich schön da.

Platzangebot im Appartement sehr gut und sauber.

Die Rezeption war schwer zu finden. Musste mich durchfragen. In meinem Appartement waren keine Vorhänge an den Fenstern… somit konnte jeder bei uns rein schauen. Wir hatten zwar W-Alan, aber der Schlüssel musste erst erfragt werden. Wäre schöner gewesen, wenn der W-Lanschlüssel irgendwo am Router angebracht gewesen wäre.

Sehr gut gelegene Wohnung im ES

Die Lage direkt an der Promenade, nur wenige Schritte zum Essengehen, zum Zabka (Brötchen und alles, wa man braucht) oder zum Strand. Trotzdem war es schön ruhig. Die Wohnung lag im EG und hatte eine richtig große Terrasse. Leider war es an unserem Wochenende etwas kühl abends. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz, was sehr praktisch war. Da wir unsere geplante Anreisezeit nach Staus nicht halten konnten, haben wir kurz angerufen und erhielten die Schlüssel völlig problemlos in einem Schlüsselsafe - mit einem klasse Plan, wo sich Stellplatz und Wohnung befinden. Das war auch bei Dunkelheit zu verstehen. Alles, was wir brauchten, haben wir gefunden. Das WLAN war sehr gut. Es war ein sehr schönes Wochenende.

Great value and wonderful location

The apartment has everything to enjoy your stay with family: full kitchen with number of appliances and tableware, comfortable bed, nice to sleep on sofa for the kids. We stayed on the ground floor in an apartment with a terrace and it was huge and also had nice garden furniture to enjoy the mornings and evenings outside. The territory of the Baltic Home complex is closed to random passers-by, so it's only the people who live that you meet which makes the area quiet and not crowded. The key pick up/drop is very easy and done at the agency's office some 200 m away form the apartment - no hustle at all. The beach is really 150 m away and from time to time one can hear seagulls. The area around is really the hot spot for this Baltic resort: tons of restaurants and cafes, a fully renovated promenade walk, shopping, etc.

The underground parking is a great option per se, though the architect should have left a bit more space for the garage entrance: it's really narrow and goes down quite sharp. So if you are not an experienced "parker" please ask for outside parking option. Some renovation on couple of spots in the apartment would not do harm.
