In general, everything was as advertised and I would recommend for a larger family or meeting place for a quiet group. We have family in Sacramento, and this place was particularly perfect for us because my parents are elderly and have problems with stairs. The ground floor bedroom and walk in shower made it easy for all. We only had 7 of us stay, but it could easily accommodate 12+ comfortably with all the beds and space. Communication from the owner was quick, accurate and helpful. We didn't have any problems, but I have no doubt Fong would have taken care of anything promptly if asked The backyard was great, but it was raining and chilly when we were there, so we didn't use the pool, bbq, etc. at all. Would have been very nice to use if the weather cooperated. I would reiterate that the house is clearly a rental with nobody living there, so it was super clean but only had the basic supplies. For example, we couldn't find any scissors, and if we wanted to cook a large meal for all of us we would have had to been creative with pots and pans and cooking ingredients. Plenty of stores and restaurants within a few miles, so getting supplies was easy when we did need them.

Place was very clean. Communication was quick. Not a lot of seating in the gathering area for as big of a place. Same for pool area- needs a couple of more lounging chairs. Don’t forget your coffee grinder- otherwise kitchen fairly well appointed.

This home was amazing. Beautiful, clean, roomy, fun. We were here for a family get together and graduation. The location is perfect, close to stores and the highway, but in a quiet neighborhood. The host is very responsive. If ever back in Sacramento, I will try to stay here again. Thank you!

Great house and neighborhood

The kitchen needs some more cooking items. Pans for baking and dishes for entertaining. More dish towels for sure. Otherwise, the house was very comfortable and clean. Roomy and spacious.

This home was perfect for us to stay in with extended family. We had such a relaxing time and we're grateful for this beautiful home to get our family together.

This was the perfect house for our group. Lots of separate spaces for folks to have privacy but still be part of the group. Indoor ping pong was a hit! Very homey feel and comfy amenities!

Fong and Kelly have been excellent and very kind all throughout our trip and even before. They were very understanding and hospitable towards us and our family. The house was well kept, clean and very spacious yet homey. The pool was a plus and the 2 kids in our family enjoyed it very much! Thank you for everything and for making my Sister’s wedding weekend such a pleasant event! Hoping to stay and visit again.

Home is in a great location. It is close to shopping and park. Home was the perfect size for our group. Only negative feedback is the home did not have any pool towels or toys and the neighbors's dog barked a lot (out of owners control) but the barking was random and at off hours.

Very nice place for family or friends, the property has indoor and outdoor spaces for eating and relaxation. The pool and ping pong table provided great entertinment. We didn't even tirn on the television during our 4 day stay

This is a wonderful, clean and spacious home. It has lots of dishes, but the cooking pans are small and there wasn’t a griddle. We brought some of our own pans as we have experienced this before. Could use more than 2 kitchen towels. The house is beautiful and we had a wonderful time. Owners were very quick to respond. We would stay again if we ever go to that area again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The owners were very pleasant and understanding. The house was exactly what we needed and was tastefully decorated. We would definitely stay there again in the future! 🙂

Our group of six adults and five kids had a fun weekend getaway at this house. The pool was great!! The house was very spacious and packed with amenities. The hosts were very responsive as well.

We stayed in this house last week, for a family vacation for my daughters' 15th birthday. We were SO happy with our entire stay here. In our family we had adults in their 30's, teenagers ranging from 13 to 20 years old, a 6 year old, and a 4 month old baby and EVERYONE had the best time ever!! The house is very spacious and has a great homey feeling. The kids had a blast in the pool (that has a safety gate around it to protect the small children) and the ping pong table was definitely a huge hit with the kids and adults! The neighborhood is very nice, quiet and we felt very safe. The house was extremely clean. All the blankets and towels in all the rooms smelled amazing and you could tell, had been freshly washed and dried. There was tons of plates, bowls, cups, silverware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, spices, everything you could possibly need for a large family or group of friends to cook big meals. Because the house is so big and has 5 bedrooms (2 rooms w/King size beds, 3 rooms w/Queen size bed, a futon upstairs, and an air mattress if needed!), everyone was able to have their own rooms, space to relax, and also have their own bathrooms! Plus the water pressure was great in all the showers! We never used the gas fire pit, but we did sit outside around it in the evening. We just didn't need to turn it on as it was very warm outside. My nephew accidentally left his wallet (with his money in it) in the room he slept in after we checked out. The homeowners contacted me immediately to let me know their cleaning crew had found it! They were very kind & responded promptly to any questions we had. They let us know they were always available for any help, questions or concerns. I highly recommend staying in this home to everyone! Especially if you're wanting to have a family getaway with multiple families getting together, a girls weekend with your besties, a guys weekend with your bro's, or even just a single family vacation. With the pool in the back yard, you don't even need to go anywhere. You can just stay at the house, relax, swim, spend time with your family, and BBQ! We all most definitely want to come back again!!

The house was very nice and met all our needs. Many played ping-pong. It was just the right size and we appreciate that the basic necessities were provided, shampoo, hand soap, dish soap, internet, towels, sheets, etc. Coffee pods and grounds, tea, etc. That was very nice. You made our stay really nice. Thanks
