About this house rental
This beautiful holiday home is located in the heart of Trogir's old town and spans four floors. Named "Sepia" after the ochre hue of its walls, the house's unique color was created using a traditional technique of grinding local stone into pigment. The result is a striking aesthetic reminiscent of sepia tones in vintage photographs.
The ground floor features a cozy lounge area with a TV, perfect for relaxing, and a small WC with a washing machine and dryer. Internal stairs lead to the upper floors. The first floor hosts the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. On the second floor, there are two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, along with a bathroom with a shower. The third floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with access to a balcony overlooking the old town, as well as a mezzanine gallery.
This charming Dalmatian stone house has been restored with care and attention to its timeless simplicity. Every room is elegantly furnished to the highest standards in a minimalist style, offering an authentic and luxurious stay in the heart of Trogir.

If you need of a break away, this place provides super comfortable and stylish accommodation, in a a very safe, attractive small walled town, full of small shops, bars and restaurants and very friendly people. We loved the lack of cars, the proximity of many attractions, especially the water and waterfront, and the choice of places to eat from basic to fine dining! Casa Sepia is a gorgeous, well equipped, air conditioned haven in its midst - almost too good to leave - great times on the roof terrace watching sunsets, and listening to the church bells! Highly recommended. We loved it!

Wonderful location right in the heart of Trogir old town. Very clean and well appointed house. Loved the decor. Loved the ac even more! Great space for a family with four teenagers. The temperatures were a bit hot to enjoy the veranda (34 C) but the views were lovely.

Great town house, beatifully renovated.
With a modern staircase climbing 4 storeys this house is great for friends or families with older children. The roof top balcony catches the afternoon and evening sun and is a great place to relax, BBQ, watch the sun set while the church bells ring.
