Staff very pleasant. Off the main road so quiet. Air conditioning worked. Bed comfy.
Furniture and cupboards were very tired, so looked dirty although we're clean. Would have loved a small fridge to keep water cold.

Children swimming pool
Water in toilet is not continuous every 1 minutes each tap was running dry for minute, Cable TV not working asking for more payment to recharge,& to view paid channels, housekeeping was terrible, reception person says 10 minutes to wait and things are getting done after 3 hours, bathing towels provided once in 2 days, no pool towels, frequent power cuts, hotel entrance road is too narrow, parking is outside hotel premises. Children swimming pool not clean, After confirmed booking with hotel, when we reach hotel, reception person was unaware of booking.

hotel style rooms, comfortable bed and warm showers.
walking on a dirt road means you always have dirty feet.

It's a beautiful place.. highly recommend it. Mr. Gautam and team are so accommodating. They make sure everything is taken care of. Great experience. Highly recommended.

Parking was away from the hotel.... hotel entry was confusing as there were 2 hotels and one gate.... breakfast was pathetic limited menu which no one liked

Staff was really good, specially Mr. Gautam. Morning breakfast with good in test. High level safety for family and kids.

Resort's location. Easy access to beach. Friendly staff.
Resort's inconsiderate attitude towards it's guests! There were two events at the resort during our stay and it was extremely noisy! We were there with a 5 month old baby and it was very difficult for us! There was also no room service on the last night of our stay due to the event and were asked to pay 500rs for buffet which we didn't need! Rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis, also waste wasn't cleared till the day we left.

Location of the resort is great. Staff is friendly. Felt safe, great wifi
I think the team that manages the hotel can offer a lot more especially when it comes in room dining, breakfast choices, and generally timely service.

The location is near the beach. Spacious room.
The service at the hotel is poor. I booked a stay that included breakfast, but I had to approach them every morning for it. One one morning I ordered breakfast at 8:30 and after multiple reminders they served it at 10, causing a delay to our morning plans. The most basic bf item 'Upma' wasnt available. The people are nice and soft spoken but the service is painfully slow.

The hotel's location is near Morjim and Ashwem beach, which is a plus point and also these beaches are not as crowded as Baga beach etc. and there are eateries near the hotel where you can enjoy the local food.
We ordered food on the first day in our room, and our food plate was kept outside our room for the next two days. Nobody bothered to pick it up. The breakfast was not good and small cockroaches were also moving near the breakfast counter which does not look good. We didn't have our other meals at the hotel due to this.

Ambience was ok .. pool was just good
Cups and glasses kept in room weren't good and not clean, chicken curry was too salty, chicken nachos were ordered but veg nachos were served. Entry from main road is narrow and not tarred .. likely to miss the side road from main road. Parking area was ok. Outside area from parking to resort entrance needs to be maintained in cleanliness term. Reception area not up to the mark. Food served in the room had 10% service charge on each item which was mentioned at the bottom of the menu which isn't noticable.
