About this house rental
Contemporary, interior-designed coastal retreat located within walking distance of Pearl Beach on the NSW Central Coast, just 90-minutes drive north of Sydney. Decorated by renowned interior designer and stylist, Roberta Easton, the original 1950’s beach shack has been lovingly restored into a modern beach house with a retro twist, large sundeck and garden. Featuring comfortable furnishings, an eclectic collection of wall art and Kiwiana, this well-appointed holiday house is perfect for a beachside midweek break, weekend away with friends, couples escape, honeymoon, family holiday or writer’s retreat. Walking distance from the beach, café, general store and the Sydney Morning Herald hatted restaurant, Pearls on the Beach. Close to nearby attractions including bushwalks, Bouddi National Park, Patonga and the Crommelin Native Arboretum. No pets allowed. Sheets and Towels are not provided. We can put you in touch with a local linen service if needed.

What an amazing property! Everything you want is there, and even more . You feel at home from the moment you enter the place ! The house is beautifully decorated and has little things that make you stay so pleasurable like candles, different style dishes and glasses, lovely cushions, outdoor seating area and etc. Thank you so much for making our getaway so special! We will defiantly be back!

Just a short walk to the beach and minutes away from great bush walks, this beautifully laid-out gem is a gorgeous place to get away from the hustle and bustle. Lovely deck and backyard too.

This is a lovely little cottage to stay in, extremely neat and clean, well appointed, and the decor is delightful. A quick walk to the beach, cafe and restaurant. A quiet and peaceful location for a getaway or some serious hiking. I would recommend it to all.

Second time staying here and we have fallen in love with this property. Perfect size for our little family, well equipped, perfectly furnished and walking distance to the beach and local cafe. We feel at home as soon as we walk in the door. We look forward to staying again.

The property is beautifully presented and well equipped - the only downside for me was the road noise - I hadn't realised it was on the only road into Pearl Beach so there was quite a bit of traffic

Beautiful cottage with wonderful back garden for my dogs.
I love staying here and walking to the beach although my oldest dog can't make it down to the beach anymore.Just a happy place with lovely decor , close to the beach and shop, can't recommend it highly enough.

We have been coming nearly every summer for the last 12 years and always staying here. The place is warm and comfortable, also safe for our dog and it feels like home. We will definitely keep coming.

We had a wonderful stay in this property for two nights. It is beautifully furnished and a comfy home away from home. The property owners were also very efficient in getting back to any queries that we had.

This cottage was the perfect place for a rest and a getaway for me and two little girls. It's comfortable, clean, and so beautifully and artfully decorated. It adds so much to the atmosphere. The kitchen has absolutely everything one might need. The hosts have really thought of everything and I am already planning to come back here. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful space.

Charming little house, thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed and more. Great to discover the CD and DVD collections, and how lovely to sit in the back garden and watch the birds fly overhead. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our short stay. The furnishings and comfort of the house was lovely to relax within. A well stocked house and kitchen made us feel right at home with all the creature comforts. And we had the best night sleep in a comfy bed with the sound of the waves in the background. The back deck & tropical garden was a lovely place to recline and relax with a drink in the afternoon. We will be back!

I loved my stay at this property! I was flying solo with my Greyhound daisy. The place was beautifully presented, warm, perfectly clean, with all a kitchen fit for a chef. The garden is well presented and totally fenced which is perfect for a furry friend. Wifi had excellent signal and the TV was large with all digital channels available. The house is 3 minute flat walk to the beach. It was lovely quiet with lovely neighbours and a community feel. I’ll be back!

It’s so easy to rent this place from the day you book it and until the day you arrive you are informed, it’s very clean and comfortable it has everything you need for relaxing stay ,dog friendly makes it even better it’s only short walk to the beach

Retro Beach Heaven
Such a beautifully styled home that is welcoming and comfortable. The yard and outdoor area is perfect for lounging, and for playful pups and the beach on the doorstep. We love Pearl Beach and this is the best property we’ve stayed in, in this area. Highly recommend.
