Would stay again but would like to see what else is out there.

Bed was nice with good views. Breakfast was very nice. Very quiet even with a full hotel. Just a short walk to great sights, shop, restaurants and bars. Would stay again.

The pictured roof top pool is more of a jacuzi with limited amenities near it. The outside bars were not open when I was there, I would have really enjoyed that. Not all rooms with the same title are the same.

Silencioso y habitación amplia.

Llegamos tarde con la idea de descansar. Tuvimos que solicitar cambio de habitación porque el colchón estaba en pésimo estado, el de la siguiente habitación algo mejor, pero necesitan renovarlos urgentemente, esos modelos pikolin premiados en la expo de Zaragoza 2008 (etiquetas de ambos colchones) ya ha dado lo que tenía que dar. El baño también estaba atascado y al ducharnos se derramaba agua por todo el piso a través del desagüe. De los 4 estrellas en los que hemos estado este ha sido el peor con diferencia.

cercania de Madrid y el buen ambiente y cercania zona de tapeo, a la que podias ir andando perfectamente.

lástima que la piscina no estuviera abierta.

Location is good, rooftop pool is nice even some facilities are little bit outdated. Breakfast is ok.

Wifi didnt work well in our room.

Modern clean hotel

Spacious room with good view, we received an upgrade for free. Includes water cooker for tea and coffee and a bubble bath

Room furniture shows clear signs of use. It is a bit outside the very nice old town, but still on walking distance. Swimming pool was out of order

The location is good, close to the centre. Parking not too difficult and easy to find from motorway. The hotel was clean.

The bedroom and bathroom were both in need of refurbishment. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim. Privacy issue: there is a large blind in front of the window but unsure if the apartments opposite are able to see into the room at night when the room lights are switched on.

lovely stay in a great location

lovely room, great location near the old town,quiet with parking

we had a superior room which was lovely with a large terrace. There was no furniture on the terrace which was such a shame it would have been lovely to sit out and relax

Convenient location , friendly staff. Very clean.

Not many breakfast options. During my stay at the last night there was a group of students that they were making a lot of noise till late at night and very early in the morning. Hotel management should do a better job by informing teachers to keep an eye on their students. People have to sleep cause next day they have other commitments

For foreigners traveling to AIcala de Henares I would most definitely recommed PCM Forum Alcalá excellent hotel experien

This hotel is vey well run and organized in the respect, that everything is very well maintained and exceptional clean! Also we found the staff to be extremely friendly and professional, we were very well taken care of within the hotel accommodations. Also to be noted is that the hotel location is perfect for visiting the city, 1 can walk to the center of Alcala de Henares in less then a 10 minute walk. Thank you PCM Forum Alcalá for making our visit a very special occasion!!

Breakfast was sufficient, but not varied. The location was good – quiet and very close to the old town and the city center. Rooms were clean. Supermarket "Mercadona" and several places to eat very close to the hotel.

We really missed fresh vegetables at breakfast. A kettle in the room would have been very useful. It was quite difficult to communicate with the reception staff - I'm not sure if it's because of the language barrier (the staff didn't speak English very well) or because of inflexibility. The heater did not work in the bathroom and the towels could not dry. When we asked the reception staff why the heater was not working, they answered that the weather had warmed up and that is why they were switched off. After that they asked in which room they were not working. We told the room number, but the heater did not work either when we returned to the hotel that evening or on other evenings.

Normal 3* hotel with a good location.

The location of the hotel is good. It is only 10 - 15 minutes walk, to the old town center where you can find a lot of bars & restaurants.

The rooms and the breakfast isn't what you expect from a 4* hotel. The interior of the rooms need to be refurbished. A lot of items are damaged or loose. The breakfast is average. From a 4* hotel you at least expect fresh orange and other juices and not something from a machine. Also the coffee could be better.

They gave the key of our room to another person and they enter to our room at 4 AM. I asked the staff next day and they did not even know about it.
