Het was het niet waard

Zwembad dat was een pluspunt

Het was niet schoon en personeel sprak slecht Engels. We wouden een taxi bestellen in de avond om 22:30 en de man achter de receptie zei met een volle mond in het Thais iets wat we niet begrepen. En toen maakte hij een x gebaar met zijn handen van close 22:00. Nooit heb ik een balie gezien dat dicht gaat en zijn gasten in de streks laat. Via de app werden berichten niet beantwoord. Met andere woorden na 22:00 hoef je niet te rekenen op het personeel

Relaxed, tranquil, Easy!

Beautiful villa with great facilities, all room service wasn't prompt and well made, good drinks and great food, Breakfast is massive and the rooms are big. The staff were extremely helpful and organized all trips, transfers and requests extremely quickly and efficiently. loved our stay.

Not and issue for us but it is a car ride to the beach, however the property has a transfer service that is quick and efficient

it was quite with quick room service the pool was nice but weather temperature, wasn’t warm enough to enjoy

Best accommodation for your honeymoon

I liked the property design also liked how they are prepared the property from A to Z they even had a netflix and different board games for us. their idea of using a special app for all services.

The doors of the villa aren’t really that secure but their is a another door for the bedroom that you can close.

Not worth the price tag at all. Uncomfortable beds, and cheap bunky fittings. Not a resort also

The shuttle was good but very necessary. If you want to go out or back past 5.30 though you will be paying for a taxi

There could be a restaurant or bar so you dont need to go out for every meal. I think calling this place a resort is misleading. The beds are so uncomfortable even my children noticed. For the price you would expect better fittings. Like doors that work and a fridge which isnt peeling and has issues closing.

Perfect Home Away from Home with the comfort of a Hotel 🎉🎊

The Staff was exceptional. They have an App through which you communicate with the Support Team and can order any food, drink, massage, transportation etc. You name it and it can be done by chatting on the App !! So if you are looking for privacy, less human interaction and time with your family or your gang and yet expect a 100 percent efficiency, Bell Pool Villa is the place 👍🏻

design- size of room service .. application and shuttle bus . size of swimming pool to big

location can’t walk around hotel .. you need car / I hope if there’s more light in garden and swimming pool spicial in night it’s dark . need to improve the bearkfast
