The hotel was at the center of the village, close to everything, near a free parking. It was very clean. The staff was very kind and helpful
The towels were not changed every day.

The staff was very nice, the location was great, and overall the hotel was good.
There was a loud buzzing noise that went on and off every few minutes all night long, so I hardly got any sleep.

We had an excellent one bedroomed apartment, which had good facilities for a longer stay (we only stayed 2 nights). We were able to cater our own breakfast - the boulangerue, open at 7am is a few yards away. Bidart has some excellent restaurants and fantastic beaches although it rained when we were there. It is a very attractive location. Staff were helpful and attentive. We enjoyed our stay.

Central position. Friendly staff. Tantina de La playa is a 10min walk away and had excellent fish dishes and desserts overlooking the sea.

Fantastic location and very kind and friendly service. We arrived just after the reception closed for the afternoon and they managed to find a solution for us to check-in.
Everything was great and exactly as advertised. Restrictive check-in times are a bit of a hassle, but the staff made it as hassle free as possible.

Very quaint hotel in a quaint town, we were traveling with our dog, there were no problems. Staff were friendly, parked in there parking lot which made us feel secure though there was parking areas opposite the hotel but I would imagine would get very busy. Lovely location, 5 mins walk to the beach, 1 minute walk to shops and restaurants. We visited the pizza restaurant just up from the hotel who were very accomadating with our dog. We stayed 1 night but wished we could of stayed longer!

Beaches of Bidart can be reached on foot. Route National very close by to go towards Biarritz or San Sebastian. The apartment was cosy and comfortable. Cleanliness was good. The kitchen well equipped.
Price a little bit high, but given the location / period nothing dramatic. The parking is very small, with only 4 places available and fully booked during our stay, reason why we had to park in the street. We have found spots nearby, except for one night, when we had to park a little bit far away.

Very cute hotel. Wonderful cheerful staff, helpful also. Central location in a very cute village, plenty of food and drink options around. Clean, with good kitchen area in the room - good-sized fridge. Made a lovely change from my tiny campervan, even if it was to do work.
