Alles super, bis auf die sogenannte Halbpension

Super Frühstück, Personal sehr zuvorkommend

Halbpension ist nicht wirklich gegeben, 3 Tage ala Card mit den immer gleichen 5 Gerichten, keine Salatauswahl. Halbpension für uns untragbar, haben es auch nicht in Anspruch genommen.

sehr schönes Hotel mit Wellness

sehr gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl, war alles da. Schöner Wellnessbereich, Sauna bei Vollauslastung evtl. etwas klein. schönes großes Schwimmbad. Zimmer zweckmäßig und ausreichend von der Größe. Bad evtl. nur mit Lüfter etwas wenig, kein Fenster.

Swimming pool and breakfast

Room was nice, but curtains unable to be closed. Also extra bed was not ready, which was booked by us. Other side of the story is that hotel management did a fair compensation for these omissions. So will come back when it suits us...

Don't go here if you are looking for a spa or a 4 star hotel

Great breakfast.

The facilities were in poor condition. Billiard table without proper billiard sticks. A bowling alley that looked like the Flintstones. Advertised as Spa but no massages or treatments offered.Definitely not 4 star.

Don't know that I would come back, but the rooms and the apartment style space were clean and update

The rooms were spacious and the food and restaurants were well staffed.

I had an unpleasant encounter when we registered with a lot of unexpected paperwork. Our room were on opposite sides of the resort, despite asking for them to be close together, no-one took the time to tell me that wouldn't be possible. The communal spaces are shabby, outdated carpet, odd lobby space. The items listed on the website marketing for Christmas did not happen. There were not songs, a bonfire, seating around a fire, and gifts for the children. I definitely felt mislead about that. Also, there was a persistent high pitched whistle/squeal in our bedroom wall from about midnight to 6 or 7 AM every night we were there. I asked maintenance to look into it. Nothing happened. It was very hard to sleep.

All the rooms had been renovated and updated. The buffet breakfast was very good. The pool and spa area was lovely.

The main areas of the hotel need to be updated. You only receive on actual key per room which is not ideal when each person is wanting to do different activities.

A grossly overpriced hotel for the quality of the experience.

Good breakfast, though not enough staff to replenish and clear on a couple of days. The room was large and well furnished, though rather dingy and poorly lit.

The hotel was old fashioned and needed a major re-vamp. There were no key fobs on the room door so the single room key had to be handed in to reception. There was no safe in the room, which meant that passports and other valuables had to be stored in the hotel safe. Even very basic business hotels have individual room safes these days, never mind one that is part of a 'global chain' of quality hotels! Only one of the two very small lifts was working. The reception was not always staffed. Our room was close to the hotel's refuse collection point and our sleep was disturbed by the collection of glass bottles at 6.00 am.

Family friendly self contained apartment with pool & spa

Schliersee is a picture postcard, peaceful and serenely beautiful lake in the Bavarian Alps. The Karma hotel & apartments are located in a peaceful spot with great parking, a few minutes drive to the centre of Schliersee for access to the stunning lake. Spa & pool were perfect for cloudy days. The staff were super kind & friendly. The discount card for parking & the strandbad/ beach was great. The apartments were cosy and the kitchenette was well equipped, although the hotels buffet breakfast was substantial & there is also a restaurant. Great spot for family with kids & car.

Very nice location and hig standard hotell with nice area and swimming pool, friendly and helpfull staff.

Nice location, slept in apartment 1 room with sleeping sofa. Food at restaurant was very good and breakfast was excelent. Facilities had an very nice swiming pool, quiet big and very clean. Staff was very helpful and very nice. Nice outdor area.

In the hotel room, in which i stayed, was very noisy until 12pm because of the guests next to my room. It seems that two rooms were occupied by people working in the hotel. And the very best!!! the room was smelling after old carpet.

Greeted with some beer on our arrival, very kind staff

I loved the room, and a small kitchenette which was a nice suprise ! Bathroom was very impressive.. Nice large balcony with mountain views. Great value for money!
