- Frühstücksraum in Jugendstil Architektur

Very nice rooms with fantastic view - super to the details like perfect bedlamps, quality coffee in the room. The staff provided a great service. Having the possibility to play mini golf, table tennis etc. makes it the pefect hotel when travelling with your kids. It was a super place to stay for hiking and great package with the Arosa card.
Dining out is quite expensive in Arosa. Next time I will consider including the half board option (dinner).

Super location and great pool
Everything was good

Perfect in every way. Recently renovated room, great spa facilities, amazing scenery. Very happy in every way👍👍
It would be nice to have a common area that is open 24 hours.

Absolutely superb dinner and breakfast, nice and calm swimming pool
4.2
Everything renovated, super clean.
The sauna didn’t work at the very beginning. I contacted the receptionist, and they immediately fixed it and it was working the very day after.

room was lovely
public areas extremely dull and dark

Half board is really worth it—the food's delicious, fantastic view to the mountains.
The size of the room itself, a bit too small for two people with big luggage.

Everything went to plan. We took clients on this trip, who were impressed and thoroughly enjoyed their trip. Thank you for an excellent stay.
Nothing, everything was as planned. We couldn't fault anything, rooms breakfast and ambient was exceptional. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

Design! It is a stunning hotel, truly beautiful, takes you back in time but all is fresh and new. Staff at the reception was very kind. Hotel bar and top class barman- one of the best whiskey sours we ever had!
The food at the restaurant (part of half board) was extremely bad- so bad it is hard to believe there was actually someone with any idea about food responsible for the kitchen :) Parboiled rice served with so over cooked broccoli that it was not possible to stick it on the fork. I hope it will be fixed as it is a 10/10 hotel so food should much the entire experience.

Everything was amazing. The view through the balcony is exceptional. The food had such a wide variety and was really good quality. The location is also very convenient, the ski lifts are very near. I'm definitely coming back.

Very charming hotel well renovated. Cosy rooms with nice view.
The noise at the spa and swimming pool. It should be nice to have an adult only place on this area.
4.2
Freshly renovated and very nice hotel. Very clean spacious rooms with a view to the mountains. We liked the fact that the room had a heating which could be adjusted and
also the fact, that the windows could be opened.
The breakfast was good and the hotel stuff very friendly. We booked half board and enjoyed the dinner menus very much. The hotel was full, but it was never hectic or crowded at the breakfast and dinner.
Also the spa area was great.
In the room you could hear the toilets from the upper floors were flushing and sometimes also the voices from the bathrooms above.

excellent facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Very clean everywhere. We booked last minute and hotel was very helpful and accommodating. Great value
nothing

It's looks like a newly refurbished hotel, nice and modern. We got a room with a mountains view, Breakfast was good, and served in a wonderful room featuring local landscapes views.
We came to Arosa for skiing; after a long day we somewhat didn't find the energy to go to the hotel's spa -even though we really were going to do so. We thought, we'd do it in the morning before hitting the slopes. However... the SPA is only open from 9am and check out is at 10am max!! So we obviously couldn't do it. I find it very mean of the hotel, sorry.
Also, I never thought I'd complain about it in the winter, but... it was so hot in the room I couldn't sleep most of the night. Wasn't possible to adjust room temperature.

The spa in the hotel facilities is pretty nice!
From my point of view this is a must for a ski area hotel and this facilities are within our expectation. Staff were really kind, especially in the spa.
Location of the hotel is good, about 5 minutes from train station and slot lifts.
Breakfast has been nice and tasty, also very kind with my wife who is vegan! They took care of her as a special guest, thanks for that!
Hotel still undergoing a renovation. Although this is not affecting at all most of guest activities, it maybe uncomfortable for some people. Most of the hotel is already renovated, you may see some construction ongoing in the spa area and other minor activities, but still you should consider it still under construction activities.
We selected a room with balcony and size was disappointing, very small. Minimal space for a queen size bed, small toilet/shower area. This is not what I would expect for this price/budget.

Breakfast was very very good and staff very nice - evening meal lovely for adults and a lovely expensive wine list ....probably a bit too sophisticated for my kids (young teens )had to ask for a lots of meals with out sauce so maybe a plain option could be offered but the half board option was defintely worth it .
The hotel was still undergoing some renovations - one restaurant not open (top floor panoramic restaurant) kids room not open and still had a bit of an unfinished feel - but it will be fantastic in maybe a month so I have based the rating on that !
4.2
The location, the awesome spa and the very good breakfast.
The mattresses were really hard. Some might like them that way, but we guess for many people it's too much.
4.2
Rug in the room was a bit old and smelled
a bit. Rooms and out side the rooms need a
modernization.
4.2
Rooms had no TV
Booked double room but the beds were just to single beds push together
Bathroom is fairly small and old

Food was great although it was a half-pension and not A la carte, i was very happy with the dinner and the rib eye was simply excellent. The location was also very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall cleanliness was very good.
My side of the bed was a bit old, I felt the springs thru the textile and the congoleum of the restroom was not to my taste. I think the hotel could do some minor refurbishment or renovation and become a real nice place.
4.2
The pool area was exceptionally spotless. The changing area too - really clean! Kudos to the staff.
Our beds were really comfortable and despite the hotel being full, it was really quiet at night and our sleep was never disturbed. Initially I wasn’t so keen on sharing a bathroom (it was the only option left) but it was fine. Both the shower room and WC were always free when we needed them and again, really clean.
