Spent the long weekend with my children and grandchildren. Space for everyone. Kitchen has everything you need and more.. loved the private loft space. It has a door so quiet for little nappers . Would stay again

Marilyn is a great host and her condo is clean with plenty of room for 11 people. If you have any questions, Marilyn is quick to respond. This was a great place to stay with quick and easy access to Loon Mountain.

The property was nice and well equipped with everything a house would have. From cooking tools to games for the kids and family. Xbox for the kids to play as well. Kids loved the Pac-Man machine in the dining room corner. The tv in the living room was also very useful to watch out church programs or you tube or watch a movie. We also enjoyed the pool and spa it offers at the health club. Overall it was a good time for our family to reunite 🙏❤️

This was a great space for my family with three small kids and some additional relatives to come stay with us. There was plenty of space, parking was close, the kids loved the pool, and the place was clean. This was our second time staying in Alpine Village and we loved it both times!

The owner was very helpful and made out trip enjoyable despite the record breaking cold weather. Check in was a breeze. They even have cable TV which I rarely see in rentals now a days.

We enjoyed location and the house’s layout. There were three families with kids. Kids had a chance to sleep in the loft area and have a fun in sleep over. The location is perfect to the Loon mountain and all restaurants.

My stay here was amazing. Marilyn was available whenever I had questions on things and she always checked in to make sure I was okay. I went up as a surprise get together for my boyfriend and she was overall amazing with everything. Perfect location. So much fun. I would definitely rent here again.

The house was perfect for our mini getaway. We traveled with three families and the house and layout were great! It was clean, fully stocked and in a great location. We loved that the kids had an area on the top floor that they could all hang out in. Marilyn was very easy to talk to and is clear about guest expectations. There were no surprises, as it is laid out clearly and precisely. We are already looking at returning for next year!

Great location for exploring Woodstock or skiing loon. The pool/hottub was a 2.5 mile drive away which was a little surprising. The checkout process was more complicated than it needed to be, and the cleaning lady accused us of messes that were not true. However, after talking with the owner everything was resolved.

Fun holiday weekend

Great place to spend the holiday weekend with friends. We walked downtown to visit the great shops and Woodstock Inn Brewery, and the kids enjoyed a couple swims at Nordic Inn. There was plenty of room for three small families, the kitchen was well-stocked and Marilyn was very professional and responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Seven women stayed at this house. I chose this place due to the number of beds and location of the condo. The condo was a great location for hiking and the house was well stocked and clean. The owner was very responsive concerning questions and issues we had.

We had two families which included 6 teens and young adults. Sleeping arrangements were perfect for our big crew! Loved the walkable to downtown location and access to health club amenities. Home was well-appointed for all of our needs. Owner was very responsive and helpful!

We had a great stay. The property was clean and as described; great location within walking distance to town. Lots of fun activities are nearby. The businesses around town were a bit short-staffed resulting in some unconventional hours. I would call ahead if you are set on something particular.

What a beautiful home for the weekend!! Great location with nearby shops and things to do. We loved the indoor and outdoor pool access down the road. Marylin was a great host and made sure to check in to see if we needed anything. My family and friends were able to make great memories here! We hope someday in the future we’ll be able to rent again and stay for a whole week next time!

The condo is spacious, with plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen is well laid out and well stocked with laundry right by back door. Having two full baths was great. The area is beautiful, with a river across the street, walking distance to shops and restaurants, and wonderful facilities at the health club (pools, games, arcade) and tennis courts on site. Neighbors and renters were all very friendly and we felt safe. Able to do Santa's Village, Clark's Trading Post, and Storyland with our two young grandsons. Great time for all of us. Marilyn is an excellent host and got back to us quickly to answer any questions (being technical dummies we could not figure out the large screen tv!). We would def. return. jere
