Very helpful staff. Great location. But it's quite basic. Would recommend because of staff and location. However, it could use an update.

Excellent location, free parking in front of the hotel. Warm welcome up on arrival and check in. I needed a plug and my request was received with a smile and solution was immediately provided. Timing was on the spot.

The location of the establishment is wonderful - right next to the main street that leads to the square, with nearby shop, cafes, restaurants, and more. It's easy to get from the establishment anywhere by foot or by bike. There is a free parking for the guests (only two places, but sometimes more cars can fit). The room was clean and had the bare necessities (towels, soap, shampoo packets, hangers, TV). The bed was comfortable. It's an okay place to stay if you're planning to go for the weekend and spend most of your time on the beach/away from the room.
It's not a hotel, which is misleading. The owner lents rooms (it's even stated in the documents that hang in the hall and in rooms) - not sure why he would call it a hotel. There are other people living in the same apartment complex. The room has very thin walls, so I could hear every step, conversation, and I could even follow Formula 1 and Juventus football match without turning on a TV or hear a nearby concert perfectly. The bathroom is very very small, the toilet is right below the shower, so it gets wet each time. Wi-fi wasn't working or was very weak - it would disconnect constantly, so I gave up. There are many rules to follow such as no smoking (the owner is very strict about it and even has a note on the door stating that the people who smoke are not welcomed to stay), no eating in the room, no keeping the food in the fridge, no sand from the beach, and so on. I felt like I wasn't very welcomed there, since the signs reminding me of things not to do were everywhere, even though I don't smoke and I tried to follow all of the rules. The check-in isn't open at all times (8-20 with a pause between 13-15) and the owner sometimes disappears, making you wait for him. The view from the room was to an inside patio that was demolished. I wouldn't pay the price that I did if I had known what kind of place I was booking - it would be better if instead of calling itself a hotel, the place would be called for what it really is - rooms for lent in a restructured apartment.

Very well located in Chioggia with a parking place in front of the hotel. We liked the view to the "Cattedrale di Santa Maria Assunta" and to the canal in front of the hotel. We need no car to walk through the beautiful town Chioggia.

There was no problem to park next to the hotel. My room was very clean and comfortable.
Furnishing of bathroom in my room was old and partially damaged (shower doors).

The only good thing about this hotel is the location.
First, the hotel room looked nothing like the pictures online. It seems more like a shady Eastern European hostel than a hotel. Room and furnishings were very old, dingy, and run down or broken. The wifi was completely unusable. In 3 days the maid service came once, and when asked to come back later, they were never to be seen again. If there would have been another hotel or airbnb available, we would have left, even considered cutting our vacation short and going home early because of the horrible room condition. I wasn't expecting the Ritz, but I would not recommend staying here even if it's free.

Parking infront of the house. Good and simple room.
Mouldy shower.
Extremely unfriendly staff at the front desk. Official check-in times on booking.com are till 22.00. We arrived at 22.07. Even though we send a quick message once we got internet the manager “welcomed” us in a very rude way. Same at check-out when he was whining about how hard his job is with such stupid guests. We checked out at 9.00. Never again!

Great location in central Chioggia! We used it as a stopover during a trip from central Italy back home, so it was great to spend an evening strolling in the charming town and eating out instead of somewhere in a bland roadside hotel.
Free parking and easy car access despite the central location. We parked on one of two assigned places directly in front, at the bank of a canal (one of more atmospheric places we ever parked our car!) but the receptionist assured us they have some alternative places if those two are full.
The room was kind of decent standard, a bit old-style but that made it more authentic.
The wifi was very slow.
There was an instruction not to keep any food in the room and the fridge, which was not shown before booking. It might matter for some guests, especially during a longer trip, which may want to store some food left from the previous place.
Air condition was very slow to cool the room and not adjustable, only on/off.

Very nice location, free parking, clean room, quiet place.
Structure dates back to the 70s and would need some refurbishment. Staff sometimes friendly and helpful, sometimes rude (same person). No breakfast available. Some rooms overlook an inner yard
