No volvere

La cama de la habitacion, muy comoda.

Deberian de vigilar a la señora de limpieza, no es normal que desde las 8:00h de la mañana este dando golpes y hablando por telefono de su vida privada a gritos. Entiendo que tenga que trabajar pero no son las maneras. Deberian mejorar la limpieza y el mantenimiento de las instalaciones de las habitaciones.

Unterm Strich=für einen Städtetrip von 2-3 Tage ganz okay

Es gibt ein Schönes Frühstückbuffet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war immer sehr sauber und mit verschiedenen Hygiene Artikel ausgestattet, wie Shampoo, Zahnbürst Rasierer usw. Auch zusätzliche Polster und eine Decke stand im Zimmer zur Verfügung. Sehr interessant, ein Waschbecken komplett aus Glas.

Leider sehr dünne Wände. Schwere Türen, die schnell zufallen und sehr laut sind, die Fenster, lassen sich nicht gut öffnen zum Luften, somit wars immer sehr schwül im Zimmer, und im Bad bzw WC hörte man immer sehr lange das Wasser nachlaufen. Zudem findet man zuwenig Platz um die Kleidung sauber zu verstauen. Man könnte ruhig, einen etwas größeren Kleiderschrank einplanen.

pekné, útulné ubytovanie, splnilo to, čo sme očakávali, ale sú tu aj možnosti, ako to vylepšiť

+ izba s terasou (tým, že bola izba na 1. poschodí, bolo počuť hluk z baru, ale zas obrovským bonusom bola terasa, čo bolo super) + čisté, útulné + zariadenie pomerne nové, moderné + trezor + chladnička + fén + prídavky, ako zubná pasta, zubná kefka + raňajky chutné, dá sa vybrať zo všetkého, slané, sladké, pečivá... + wifi v cene ubytovania + poloha pomerne dobrá, blízkosť autobusovej zastávky, blízkosť stanice metra

- raňajky boli každý deň úplne rovnaké, takže po 4-5 nociach už sme nemali chuť jesť znova to isté. Uvítali by sme aspoň malú obmenu raňajok, prípadne aspoň viac jedál z vajíčok... - wifi bolo na izbe veľmi slabé a často vypadávalo - v bazéne bola dosť studená voda

In periferia, ma vicino ai mezzi pubblici

La struttura è in periferia, ma vicino alle varie fermate degli autobus e con una passeggiata di 10 minuti si arriva tranquillamente all'ingresso della Metro da cui è possibile raggiungere qualsiasi punto di interesse della città. Accoglienza ottimale 24-7 e anche le camere, se pur datate erano comode e pulite,dotate di una terrazza dove poter mangiare o semplicemente sedersi grazie al tavolino e alle sedie fornite.

La mancanza del bidè 😅, ma si sa che uscendo dai nostri confini è sempre un terno al lotto trovarlo. Per il resto niente che non mi sia davvero piaciuto,per il prezzo speso l'offerta è adeguata e sopratutto la pulizia, che è ciò che conta, era ampiamamente nella norma.

Estupendo para trabajar en Fira

Está muy cerca de Fira de Barcelona, no está enfrente pero está muy cerca, el hotel está muy bien! Me dieron una habitación con terraza en la planta 6 y me encantó! Todo el mundo súper amable y para ir a trabajar no se puede pedir más! Repetiré!

Nice hotel, but really bad design, not peaceful for sleeping. Too far away from railway station which I thought we were

Nice room, good size beds, friendly staff

Air conditioning was not working, room was really hot, could not open windows to let cool air in. Had to open door to let cool air in from noisy reception area. Reception area was like a concert hall, very noisy and lots of echoes. Staff gave us a fan to use which was a really noisy industrial fan, could not use it during the night, unable to sleep.

I övrigt en bra vistelse med konsert och rund tur i centrum.

Boendet hade behov av en uppjustering, hållare och diverse var lösa i från väggen inne på toaletten, väldigt lyhört.

Hotel being refurbished, so services can be impaired.

Eduardo, one member of staff, was really helpful, bent into providing a good customer service and diligent.

The wifi worked lousily. In the first room I was assigned, it was impossible to get a stable signal. When I was changed, things improved, but marginally. Besides that the hotel is being refurbished, but there are a lot of issues with the rooms. Both flooded when I was taking showers, due to construction issues.

Poor experience

Apart from it's closeness to most of the transportation, nothing much.

The price was very high compared to the facilities provided. The name sake pool had freezing cold water. The instruments in the gym were all rusted and non- functional. There was no kettle in the room. The air conditioner made a lot of noise but was not cool enough.

Very poor experience

The breakfast was okay, localization was suitable for my work needs

First of all the value for money was really low. the team working there was disorganized and not paying attention to the needs. The invoice was not prepared even tough I have left the invoice details at the desk the day before, the iron was not prepared even tough I asked and I couldn't iron my clothing for more than a day for business meeting, on top the room didn't have any free water to drink + the noise outside was not making it possible to sleep. Overall the interior was also old and not that well maintained. and the pool only had cold water. not recommending

Molt contenta amb tot, l'habitació super neta i molt bon tracte.

Vaig arribar abans de l'hora prevista del check-in, de fet vaig arribar a les 7:30h matí perquè començava la guàrdia de la feina, i la recepcionista em va buscar una habitació la qual ja pogués deixar les meves coses, cosa que ho vaig agraïr moltísisim. En general molt bona atenció amb tot.

Caro y decepcionante

El personal es muy amable. La estética del hotel es muy atractiva.

La habitación estaba muy sucia y con muchos insectos, supongo que de la terraza que también estaba muy descuidada. La iluminación pésima.

- Breakfast very good - train station only 10 min, 30 min with train to the centre

- refillable shampoo empty since the beginning, was not refilled by staff, when asked (only received some small shampoos to cover a few showers). Had to buy shampoo - we heard the neighbours - wardrobe made screaming noises when opened

Lovely staff.

Location not the best, quite far from the city and attractions. Very slow internet. Place needs updating in the rooms but not a bad place for a week or so, looks shabby from outside, needs a good wash. Buses are quite close so easy to get into city. Train and metro are a 10 minutes walk.

Great Location sadly rooms not up to 4 star standards

Hotel was at a nice location, close to public transport and a mall with lot of dining options. Not far from airport so easy to get with either Metro or a bus.

The Air Conditioning did not work properly nor cool down the room. The Shower corner was molding and the toilet tank did not want to hold in water. There were cockroaches in the room which prompted a room switch. Missing kettles in the room so customer could boil their own water for tea or coffee.

We were on the ground floor and had a terrace, that was very good. Breakfast was good, there were hot and cold foods.

Our covers were only sheets, and there was only one blanket in the wardrobe in room. It was late at night and I didn't want to bother the staff. There was also some noise from the next room, but not for a long time.
