Everything was perfect. The owner's welcome emails were most informative making it very easy to reach the location. The young lady at the reception desk was courteous, polite and tireless in answering all my questions and most helpful in providing directions and organising the tours. The location was excellent, close to all amenities (local supermarkets, restaurants, car rental, bus stop) and a short stroll away from the centre of Oia .Neat and tidy, well organised, comfortable, self- sufficient room providing an amazing, breathtaking, mesmerising sea view. The atmosphere was most welcoming and cosy, felt like home. The hostess was warm, cordial, friendly, kind and open-hearted making sure everything was fine and providing a wealth of information about the island. Highly recommend Aspa villas.

Bestes Hotel auf Santorini!

Die beste Unterkunft auf Santorini. die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sehr sauber. Jeden Tag haben wir neue Handtücher bekommen. Das Personal war extrem nett, sehr zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns jeden Tag einen Transfer organisiert.. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, ein Supermarkt befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und der Spaziergang in die Stadt Oia dauert circa 6 Minuten zu Fuß. die Poolanlage ist sehr sauber und wird jeden Tag gereinigt

Great place to stay and wonderful view of Caldera

First of all the property is very nice with a wonderful view of the Caldera from the property terrace which is amazing. Property has a nice pool, with a jacuzzi. It is right touching the main street and Oia blue dommed church is 800m..which is a quick walk. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. Nikoleta is a wonderful host. She was so nice to keep a welcome wine for us and also stock the fridge with some essentials. She also guided us with best possible parking areas, places to see. Amazing host. Giannis checked us in and he was very helpful. I will definitely recommend people to stay here.

We had a lovely time staying at Aspa Villas.

Nikoleta and her staff were so friendly and helpful. The provisions left in the fridge for free were a bonus and the view from the terrace was amazing.

Beautiful accomodation, friendly staff, great location, very clean apartments and stunning views from the terrace. Once we checked in our fridge had wine, bread, orange juice, cheese, ham, yoghurt, milk and bottle of water complimentary to us from the staff overall if I could give Aspa Villas 10 stars I would. Nikoleta and Yanis are excellent hosts and very helpful, when I come back to Oia this is the only place I would like to stay again. Thanks for everything

Perfect stay in Oia

The staff was really nice, they made sure we had everything we needed. They even offered us some supplies in the fridge for the breakfast (not sure it is always like this but this was very pleasant). The room is well furnished with a boiler kettle, a toaster... There were towels for the beach/pool and some other for the shower. It is really well located, a bit in the beginning of Oia where it is more quite. The jacuzzi is really a plus, especially when it's a bit colder outside. Great view from the terrace facing the sea. It is next to the bus stop, practical to join Fira.

Lovely room and great location!!!

Great location!! The bus stop was conveniently located across the street. Also a rent-a-car & taxi company owned by the hotel owner's brother was located next to the bus stop, so the company/hotel gave me a great mobility to travel around the neighborhoods. Besides, not just the room was kept clean but also extra tools(iron & iron table) were thoughtfully made available for the guest(s).

Postion of mirrors and sink installed in the room was too high for me. I'm 5 ft 0 inch. This hotel may need to be more considerate to shorter people/guests (like me) with this point.

good location but no pool or jacuzzi on caldera

the location was great on the caldera and the room was clean .

we were given room 4 which had no view of the Agean coastline as the description mentioned . we had a view of a stone wall and outside our room was sun beds from the pool which meant we had no privacy and had to have the curtains closed the whole time . additionally to this , the photos are somewhat misleading the pool and jacuzzi are not at the caldera. but they are in the entrance near the reception, so unfortunately we did not enjoy the caldera views while being in the pool as we thought would be the case judging from the photos. we were offered at 6pm on our last night a change in rooms, it was a kind gesture but in the end was pointless given the fact we spent our whole time there in a room which was not what was advertised on the listing .

Dream holiday

Great accommodation! It’s just a short 10 minute walk away from all the sunset action and beautiful views, but also far enough to give you some peace and tranquillity. Nikoleta and all the staff were amazing; welcoming me very warmly, leaving food in the fridge, helping pick the best places to eat (try Roka if you can the food is heavenly!) and arranging transfers. There’s a terrace as well where you can see the sunrise and sunset and I really enjoyed some refreshing dips in the pool after a long day of exploring. Definitely recommend staying here and would love to visit again!

The pictures don’t do the property justice, the rooms are more modern than I expected and very comfortable.

Outstanding place and service

Nicoletta knows how to make her guests feel special. Starting with the personalized service and the goodies in the room. The location is perfect in Oia, close to everything! and the villas are adorable. Not to mention the beautiful personal sunsets you see right from your balcony. I was also impressed with the personal message to checkin and see if anything was needed. Highly recommend Aspa Villas! Thank you Nicolletta for a wonderful stay!

Aspa Villas is a really nice place to stay at. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. You have some things in the fridge to get you started and the reception is always there if you need help. The swimming pool and jacuzzi get cleaned every day as well. The view is incredible unfortunately we couldn't really enjoy our terrace because there was too much wind but of course this is not the fault of Aspa Villas. I would definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic location easy walk to the restaurants and shops. The caves area gives a view that is absolutely stunning. The pool and hot tub area are lovely and spotlessly clean. The room was basic but perfectly fine, clean and comfortable.

Lovely view from my balcony..Very close to main town with access to bars and restaurants.Room very clean with everything needed such as tea/coffee making facilities,toaster,hairdryer,fridge,ect.

Bathroom door resembles a shed door. No curtain for shower.

Super location in Oia

We had a great stay at Aspa Villas. Superb location in Oia- best location to discover Santorini in our view. Very big room, comfortable bed and fridge came handy in the room for storing water & breakfast items in. Supermarket 3mins walk away for supplies. Would stay here again.

Perfect place to stay in Oia. Excitable owners. Nikoletta was in touch with us from the very beginning. She gave us directions to Aspa Villas and recommendations for good restaurants and places to watch the sunset. A nice surprise was the equipped fridge despite the option without breakfast. I highly recommend this place, a beautiful terrace, great views, intimate swimming pool, clean and close to everything. We will be back <3

Everything was perfect! This place has it all: very friendly staff, good location, amazing view from the terrace (room number 6 💙🤍), pretty calm and clean. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that we stayed only for three days. We'd stay there for a month if we could. 😊
