Pleasant and relaxing

location was close to everything and across from the beach

beds were too small. should be at least one King size bed

We were in room 402 and in the main bedroom there was glass between the bed and the bathroom, toilet and shower which didn’t provide any privacy.

3 night getaway GC

Easy parking, close to food, shops, beach, walking path and the airport. The staff were very helpful and accessible. Loved the heated plunge pool as part of our apartment. We used the spa and lap pool too, also heated! Lots of good pressure hot water in both bathrooms, the couch was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed, including Tupperware to store snacks. The fridge had an ice maker which was great!

Excellent stay & would be happy to stay at Nirvana again.

Location was excellent, very handy to all local restaurants, shops etc. Good access to lots of other towns & beaches. Reception staff were very helpful in recommending places to visit.

Instructions to accessing Netflix were not as helpful as they should have been & made us think we could access several other cable services if we connected to Google Home. However we could only access the 1 we subscribe to...Netflix. Also needed help from a reception staff member to access it. Carpet & upholstery in the living room could have been cleaned better. A few of the downlights in the living room & main bathroom were not working.

if I was to be picky I would only say ro clean some of the scuff marks off the walls in the foyer of apartment as it is the first area that you see when you walk in - and everything else is very clean and well maintained.

Lovely stay to finish off our trip

The rooms are located directly on the beach with a selection of shops and restaurant down below. the staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The owner who assisted with the blinds was also very lovely and welcoming. The design of the apartment meant all rooms had a view of the ocean which was beautiful. The glass bathroom with the marble bath was also a huge luxury.

electric blinds didn’t work and we were only advised on check in. the blinds were stuck down so the owner came and removed them however we noticed the some of the lights then did not work and I assume it’s from the switches being isolated. it would be nice for more security, we had an incident where an intoxicated woman made her way into the building who was clearly not a guest or visitor and wanted to get up to a particular level, at 3am when we checked out she then exited the building and approached our car which was quite frightening for my two young kids. it was obvious she had stayed in the reception area for the night

Location, location, location and the facilities were great

Apartment needed a proper clean - there were multiple wads of hair stuck in the carpet and lots of dust around, quality of furniture/fittings below expectation (much lower quality than the previous stay in a different apartment earlier this year). Wished there was a king size bed in master bedroom. Hot water took forever to heat up - especially in the kitchen.

Good location

Very noisy. The road noise was very loud in our bedrooms. The refrigerated trucks and trucks at the 7/11 across the road at 1/2 am and at all hours. The pillows were not good at all for myself or my husband. They were very soggy or very hard? There was a lot of dust on our headboard and the skirting boards. The grout was very dirty in our bathroom and the shower screen was dirty and had green stuff and mould on it. The other bathroom smelt mouldy which permeated through the whole apartment. We had the aircon on, couldnt feel it. Put it up to the highest fan and on 21 and still couldnt feel it?

Great view of the ocean from our balcony. Room looked like the pictures that made us choose to book there.

Would request to be on a higher level in the building so further from noise if traffic, early morning garbage trucks etc.

we loved the position, the view, the well stocked kitchen and the closeness to the beach for our daily walks.

the only dissatisfaction was the huge WINDOW between the bedroom and bathroom with no offer of window covering. we were thankful that there was a second bathroom

The location was amazing. Ocean views from our balcony and a short walk to everything we needed.

The apartment needs to have a separate recycling bin inside the unit to encourage people to seperate their waste.
