Alojamiento impecable, problema con el cargo en tarjeta

Todo muy bien, muy limpio, muy cómodo, el spa súper bien para ir con los niños

Lo que no me gustó fue un problema con el importe de la reserva. Al llegar al hotel te hacen un cargo en la tarjeta de un importe mayor que la reserva que hiciste, y al irme me volvieron a cargar el importe total, no me devolvieron la precedería hasta pasados unos días y después de haber reclamado yo. Si no andas con liquidez te dejan sin tarjeta durante unos cuantos días

Muy agradable para estar relajados con la familia

Una villa muy cómoda y amplia para la familia. El spa y el gimnasio tamvién muy bien.

El domingo la temperatura del spa era bastante fria, no la del agua, sino la del ambiente, cosa que no pasaba el sábado

Lovely accommodation, not that family friendly, impossible without car

The house was lovely, couldnt find fault with it, the kitchen was lovely, the beds were very comfortable and the air con worked brilliantly. The pools at the complex were lovely and open until 9:30 in the evening so evening swims were lovely

The location was awful without a car. the estate was substantial and from our house it was a 10 minute walk just to get to reception to a very little shop. The hotel restaurant was even further away and not very child friendly. No public transport links so taxis were the only option, but they often took ages to come.

Spacious villas which was great for our family. We loved the pools and spa amenities.

Coffee in the shop and by the pool could have been nicer.

lovely villas with garden and bbq. great indoor/outdoor heated pool golf and tennis. staff were amazing.

Food in restaurant and pool could be improved as well as take away coffee and bakery in shop

It was good but I wouldn't go back.

big villa with a lot of space for 4 people (adults). garden with bbq and kitchen has everything you need. great SPA with heated pool. beautiful grounds.

the resort and villa feel a little "tired" and need updating. You could call it "traditional" but in my opinion it doesn't meet lux standards / 5 Stars anymore. The idea of the resort is lovely but it is in need of some modernisation to bring it up to speed and into 2023- especially when comparing it to other resorts or hotels in the same category. Palma and Mallorca in general have so many gorgeous hotels - Marriott Vacation club has strong competition. The all over feel is too conservative and dusty, staff is nice but not overly friendly and doesn't go the extra mile, hotel has no eye for detail (especially for the well traveled and spoiled 5 stars guest)- the magic touch is missing that makes one feel welcome and wanna come back. Our villa was clean but the daily house keeping was very basic and doesn't meet 5 stars expectations either. An ambiance manager needed for the whole resort.

lovely villas with shared pool and use of indoor/outdoor pool. well maintained and lovely staff.

no shuttle to beach or into Palma so needed a car. The cafe not open for breakfast or morning coffee.

no good experience with Marriot‘s Club Son Anthem

practice with family that you can cook, wash clothes as at home.

Room service forgot to close the Terrasse door after cleaning our Villa during our absence for beach and dinner. Room service doesn’t have enough time to clean the Villa. I know the reason cause the manage of Room Service told to the telephone that she gives maids 7 Minutes per day per Villa to clean everything.

Good but it used to be sooooo much better.

Beautiful resort in a great location.

Marriott seem to have decided that the reduction in services and facilities which were imposed by the pandemic are a convenient excuse for continued reductions. Bery disappointing as this used to be a magnificent resort. I hope the powers that be review this and get standards beck to where they were and should be.

Lovely base for all sorts of adventures.

The resort and its ambience. Excellent facilities. Nice people, especially Raoul on reception.

The main restaurant closing at 9pm, which basically meant that the staff were hassling you if you arrived after 8.15. They were the only non-relaxed team we met in the whole place.

unfortunately the usual kids club wasn’t available. Our children missed it a lot this year.

We booked a room for 5 people, but room, even if very large, was equipped only for 4 people (however, we did not complain at reception, in case I guess they would have arranged one of the sofas as a bed )

Distance of property from main clubhouse was unexpected. 15 mins walk. Garden and garden furniture could have been better.

Excellent standard, beautiful surroundings, first class facilities

Pity about the onsite Hotel not being available as of yet and some of the separate villa pools still to be filled but otherwise better than anticipated after the forced break.
