Sri Panwa is a taste of heaven on earth. The design of the room was very suitable for newlyweds on their honeymoon, and we were pleasantly surprised by the perfectly moulded couple swan towels & rose petals on the bed, and the complimentary champagne & snacks/mini-bar. Private pool & sunset view was spectacular and one of the highlights of the stay. We always looked forward to the extensive buffet breakfast that had new items on the menu daily, and kept us full all the way until dinner. The exceptional staff service is also mentionable - every single one of them took the initiative to check in on us, take nice photos of us, and provided everything we needed.
Although overall the staff service was excellent, our swipe card to enter the room did not work and we had to call up 3 times for them to replace it. The AV system/TV was difficult & complicated to use, had to ask them how to show us.

The perfect place to do nothing and everything you need to rest, relax, and recharge. The room was absolutely lovely, spacious interior with a good-sized pool outdoors. Loved the morning light and sunset view. We were surrounded by nature - from the well maintained greenery to the chirping birds. The resort tuktuks made exploring the large development easy - the wait time was almost zero. Service was consistently efficient and effective. One of the most memorable things was their breakfast, it's nice to be able to look forward to it every morning. Finally, even with many guests at breakfast, the resort never once felt crowded. We had a good time and we plan to return yearly!
Could use Smart or Android TVs to beef up the in-room entertainment.

The whole resort was absolutely amazing. The views from our room were incredible, the staff so friendly.
I really can’t say anything bad about the resort or room.

We are happy with staying in Sri Panwa. The view is nice. But for me I will wish to have better view. All around the facility are good. Staff are very friendly.
Furniture a bit old.

I was disappointed with the lack of options for Arabic food during breakfast.
As a guest with specific dietary preferences, I was hoping to find some Arabic food options on the breakfast menu, but unfortunately, there were none available. I understand that not all guests may have the same preferences, but I believe it's important for hotels and resorts to cater to the diverse needs and preferences of all their guests.
I would like to suggest that in the future, you consider offering some Arabic food options during breakfast to accommodate guests who prefer this type of cuisine. This would not only enhance the dining experience for guests like myself but also showcase the diversity of food options available at your resort.
Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I hope that you can consider my suggestion and improve the breakfast menu for future guests.

Hotel with amazing and rare views. With a nice kitchen, I still miss their tempura prawns. Every day they bring free of charge snacks and drinks. My villa was really big with my big fridge and my own kitchen. And outdoor bath looks really awesome.
Unfortunately every time I was needed a cleaning I had to call and ask. Hotel is really nice but requires some renovation I'd say. Room downstairs had a bed smell of the mold.

We stayed at a lovely two bedroom villa with a private pool with our two kids. It was spacious and well equipped. Our kids spent hours in our plunge pool. The property has 3 instagrammable swimming pools, all very scenic, spread out across the complex and various dining and drinking options. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. A tuktuk is always on call to drive you from place to place. The location is great, far from the seedier sides of Phuket, but you will need private transportation to move around the island. The views from some parts of the property are beautiful.
In general, although the property has many upsides, there is a feeling that everything is about squeezing your wallet and not so much about making you feel at home. This is not a boutique hotel, it's a large hotel complex with 200 plus villas. Prices of food and beverage on the property are incredibly steep for Thai standards, and the quality varies. The hotel has a private beach which you can walk down to, though it is tiny. It's unfortunate it does not have a larger beach for the size of the property and number of guests it houses. The breakfast is not up to the mark for a hotel of this standard, with rush hour being quite stressful and waiters stretched thin trying to get people their orders. You may have to remind them a few times about that omelette you ordered. For what you pay to stay at the hotel, airport transfers and boat rides to nearby islands could be included in the pack and would be huge perks.

The service from ALL the staff was exceptional. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Location was tranquil and quiet, and the 360 views are amazing, both sunsets and sun rise. Being spread over a large complex meant it never felt busy or crowded.
The villa was very spacious, with excellent room service and housekeeping, and we loved the infinity pool.
Restaurants were good and nice variety.
Some areas of the apartment (2nd room bathroom ceiling looked damp and needing a paint), certain communal areas like pools, or some restaurants look tired and need touching up. For a location in Phuket charging nearly £1000 per night, everything should be in top condition.

The room was spacious and had a great view!
Staff were not able to converse well with us at times, therefore leading to some unpleasant conversations. We had requested for a early check in and a late check out way in advance but the hotel kept pushing to the last minute on this. I had arranged for a cake to be served at 1150pm but I had to call at 1155 pm to remind them and they came late for the birthday surprise. Was a let down given that it's supposed to be one of the biggest highlights of the vacation.

Everything. The best hotel/resort I have ever stayed in. Service, the room, the pools, the views, the food - everything was amazing. As a Muslim couple, the halal food was a real bonus.
Location is somewhat far from the main areas of Phuket, but the hotel has so much to offer you don’t want to leave.

We rented the pool villa type B and it was breathtaking. Make sure to get the pool villa with the sunset view. It is the same view you get from baba nest. The food was amazing..we never left the property in our three nights at Sri panwa and ordered dinner to the room two nights. We used the spa and gym every day. Both were great.
The beach area is not good. Very small and not well groomed. The steps to the beach pool and the beach needed repair when we were there. Make sure to wear tennis shoes and take your Sandels with you.

We are absolutely happy with staying in Sri Panwa. During our holidays we tried different hotels in Phuket and Sri Panwa is the best of the best! We want to say THANK YOU to Ae (manager of duty) who made our staying even better and organised BabaNest evening for us when we forgot to reserve. He was so kind and pleasant with us and all of staff are really good. The view in this hotel is also THE BEST in Phuket. Our villa was unbelievable. I think it was the best villa where we ever been. So huge, and every corner I wanted to make a photos of. So because all of this we decided to move our departure and to stay longer in Sri Panwa. We are glad to spend our holidays here.
