Bardzo polecamy to miejsce dla osób którym zależy na widoku i dobrej lokalizacji.

Najbardziej podobał nam się oczywiście widok na wyspę. Polecamy pokój na samej górze z widokiem. Ładnie i czysto ( pokój był sprzątany codziennie). Duży taras. W pokoju lodówka. Bardzo miła i pomocna właścicielka. Blisko do plaży, restauracji i sklepu.

Parking dla klientów płatny 10 eur za dobę. Nieprzyjemny zapach z prysznica.

The place to go for Sv Stefan views, a private pool and parking

Right above Sv Stefan Island with views of the same from the room. Amazing patio with perfectly sized dipping pool. Breakfast arranged off property, but very good nonetheless. Nice restaurants nearby. Private parking a major plus. Dijana and her family were very kind hosts.

Great view, very kind hosts. Very responsive, helpful, honest, totally service-oriented. Really appreciated that.

It was off-season, so you're a bit secluded there. But we didn't mind. The drain in the bathroom unfortunately let off a quite bad smell.

Residence was clean and well furnished. The host was very kind and friendly. Shops and restaurants are few meters away. Good wifi.

Family room in blue color on the basement was very dark - not as in the photos. Kitchen is equipped just for breakfast or snack, pot or pan on request. For 3 nights ok, but...

The owners were kind and helpful, the room and the view from the terrace were very nice. private parking, at a price of 10 euros / day there was cleaning every day

The pool can only be used between 10:00 and 18:00. You cannot bring your own food or drinks to the communal area where the pool is, but you can buy them from the owner for an extra charge. The kitchen and bathroom were small. The kitchen was poorly equipped, no microwave

We loved staying there, would definitely recommend this place if you are in Sveti Stefan!

Perfect location, just 5 mins straight to the Sveti Stefan Beach. The family that runs the hotel are very hospitable. The view from the terrace is spectacular, especially the sunset! Rooms are clean and it smells very nice in the common areas.

Unbelievable location & view!!

The hospitality is unparalleled. Easily approachable and facilities were EXCELLENT. There is parking on the premises and that is a supreme luxury (first come, first served). so close to a great beach.

I could never get the satellite tv to work.

Romantic weekend

Amazing view from the balcony!❤️ very clean, it takes just a few minutes to walk down to the beach. Pet friendly which is very important for us. Owners are very friendly and help

Not worth the money.

The only two advantages of a room we stayed at was the location and a huge terrace overlooking the Sveti Stefan island, with sunbeds and table with chairs.

The room was dark and small. AC was old and smelly. There was some unpleasant smell in the room, the odor coming from the toilet probably. Owner's dog was barking at night. Cheap doors without sound isolation.

Room was very clean with a great view, staying there was very comfortable, its close to the beach. Dijana is a great host. Sveti Stefan is a very beautiful place with a great beaches, if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing place with a great nature, I'll recommend this place.

Good view and the location, but the comfort is not so good.

We liked the location and the view. The room was cleaned every day. We also enjoyed talking with the apartment owners. There are few restaurants around. Sveti Stefan has good beaches and walking roads along the coast. Relatively easy to park a car.

There was nothing in the room, so we had to ask for everything. The kitchen is not working and it's not possible to even use a microwave. There is no kettle in the room. In the wardrobe there is no place for shirts and dresses. There are also some vent or severs issue, I'm not sure, but the smell in the bathroom was bad for the last few days.

If I visit Montenegro again, this residance will be the only place I will stay.

location is great, close to Budva and Kotor. Djiana and her family are great hosts, they care families and kids. clean rooms. quite and peaceful city. perfect view from terrace. beatiful beach and sea. qualified restaurants and supermarkets are at 1 2 min walking distance.

It was expensive for one night sleep.

We got the room on third, not at ground floor as we ask on the booking.
