Villaggio abbastanza organizzato ….

Close to the beach. Very good restaurant inside the location, cheap and good food.
The information on booking was eronate, it was written that the bungalow has private bathroom, but in fact didn't and we have to pay extra to upgrade it.

Right by the ocean. Different experience staying in a tent! Not for everyone and we are older but enjoyed it

In summer maybe it is ok, but we stayed in December, it was cold and empty, yet there was a big issue. I had to deal with it through a very kind but helpless night guard who was left in the night to discuss with the owner on the phone the issue I was having and follow his orders. The owner was not disrespectful, but forced me into accepting THEIR OWN rates and not booking.com rates. Very disappointing and greedy behavior, in a night in which I was one of only 3-4 clients in a big resort.
In the afternoon I called the resort and spoke with the owner/manager to ask if there was heating and confirm the arrival time, YET he said that their rate for that room was about 80 Euro and suggested booking a bigger room for 100-120 Euro according to THEIR rates (not booking.com, where I had seen the same room for 71 Euro). I refused his 'offer' and booked on booking.com the large DELUXE room for 71 Euro. Then while approaching the hotel I noticed an issue with my booking due to my credit card verification and upon arrival I was told that they could not honor the booking.com rate I had in my confirmation. It was late, cold and wet in the night, no chance to go elsewhere as the resort is relatively isolated. The owner (on the phone) insisted that he could only give me the SMALL room for THEIR 80 Euro rate. I refused and said that I'd book again online in a minute so that they would have to accept the booking.com rate YET when I booked the rate for the same DELUXE room that before was 70 Euro, the rate had jumped to 104!!!! (he must have closed the availability on some rooms or rates to block my booking and force me to book at a higher rate) as the resort village was EMPTY, NO way that the occupancy had dramatically increased in the meantime! As I tried to book nevertheless he told me that it was not going to work because it was too late for them to receive confirmation from booking.com (the excuse was that was too late to get the confirmation email) so he left me again with no choice but to accept their rate. The room I was forced to take at 80 Euro + 4 tax was VERY small and NOT the DELUXE LARGE one I had booked online for 71 Euro. The owner basically had forced me NOT to use booking.com and to go with THEIR rates, playing on the fact that it was late and no choice available. - I did not like this behavior that equals to cheating as well as exploiting both guests and the booking.com service.
