Very good

All the extra provisions despite small quarters. The little extra treats made up for it.

Parking was a little distance from door but with location couldn't be helped. Room downstairs didn't heat very efficiently.

Immaculate tranquility.

A continental breakfast was provided and it was fresh and delicious. Fresh fruit, nuts, yogurt and juice as well as a selection of teas and coffee were all on offer - there was more than we could eat.

Absolutely nothing! The cottages were stunning in every respect - tranquil, immaculate, cosy and homely.

Great couples escape

Small, but perfect for an escape. Must say have garden envy, with views out to the garden better than none. Couldnt fault the continental breakfast, plenty of choice, and delicious.

An extra night would have been great. A dishcloth to wipe up our breakfast crumbs, would be the only thing I could fault the property for.

best holiday ever!

Almost everything. for me, it's a perfect stay as everything was provided from coffee to titbits, I would prefer to stay in the room with the environment. If I had a chance to come over Australia again, I would definitley go again to this cottage

Stunning delightful and a wonderful weekend get away.

Clarendon Cottages is truly a beautiful get away. The Accomodation is stunning, the birds delightful the gardens spectacular. We will be back. Thank you Chris and team.

Exceptional

The cottage was really great, breakfast was lovely with the personal touches of all the little extras. We will definitely return and have already recommmended to lots of friends. We are pleased our friends decided to get married up in the Dandenongs to give us an amazing experience out of the city.

Great location. Picturesque. Relaxation is inevitable.

Absolutely stunning location. The property was gorgeous as was the cottage itself. Cleanliness was impeccable. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Overall, I was sad to only be staying two nights!

Very unique and memorable stay

The cottage is very nice and cozy. We particularly like sitting around the table and watch the birds outside through the glass panel, while having our meals.

Perfect way to spend our one year anniversary!

Chris was a wonderful host. He laid out clear instructions on how to check in to the property, and greeted us upon our arrival. Chris assisted us in reverse parking our car and was very friendly. The location itself was absolutely beautiful as was the cottage. Plenty of areas to sit outside and there is a fire pit there too. The cottage was exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully laid out with instructions when needed. It was lovely to look out the large window in the upper bedroom to look upon the birds playing in the bird feeder. Would highly recommend and will be staying again in the future.

Stunning accommodation in Sassafras

The owner Chris was terrific. Very helpful. The accommodation was first class. Every detail was taken care of here. The place was so tidy and clean. The added bonus of amazing gardens and birdlife at you window were exceptional. We will be back.

The only thing that concerned us was the size of the parking space. It was a little tight for a SUV. But only a minor issue.

Absolutely amazing and so relaxing

The cottage was so beautiful, i couldn’t fault anything with the place, the hosts have thought of absolutely everything. From the amazing produce for breakfast down to shower caps etc. I could be here all day how amazing this place is.

Exceptional

Amazing service, beautiful rooms and lovely views. Lots of beautiful native birds to sit and eat breakfast with, lots of lovely seating areas to sit back and relax. Highly recommend to all family and friends.

A Perfect place for a family vacation

Location was beautiful, lots of little touches like bird seed to feed the birds each day. A great breakfast in the fridge when we arrived.
