Worth it

We got amazing experience at the hotel. Friendly and helpful owners.The breakfast was delicious and different every day. Location was good- in the city center, but but not noisy. Private parking was a bonus. Overall we had great experience and definitely will come back again.😊

Exceptional

The words are not enough to describe, everything was excellent. The hosts were super nice, welcoming, and kind all the time. The breakfast was incredible every morning. The rooms were spacious and clean, with towels and beds changed every 2 days. The location is near all the beach, tavernas, and shops. If we come back to Neos Marmaras, for sure we will stay here again.

Very good

Room design and bathroom, new and modern, cleaning every day, near to center and restaurants, free parking, the hospitality of the owner.

There is no view from the balcony, you see the other buliding of the hotel. The nearby street and the bulidings in front if the hotel is very poorly looking. Sometimes in the day there was a mold smell from the bathroom.

Unique place to astay

We spent a great week at Sweet Home, very nice breakfasts, localization in the center of the town, all within walking distance, but which I appreciate the most - the owners of the place who put a lot of heart to make all guests feel like home :) Truly unique place!

cozy place in a great location

Location is great, just a couple of steps away from center of the town. Owners are extremely helpful and friendly. They have a private car park, which is a privilege in the narrow streets of Neos Marmaras.

Bathroom needs a shower cabin, all rest was ok.

Exceptional

Sweet home is one of the finest family run hotels we have stayed in. The owner and his family are such nice people, discreet and always ready to help. The hotel is very well situated at the heart of the vibrant city of Neos Marmaras, it has its own parking place and it is close to Neos Marmaras’ main beaches. The breakfast is excellent, the rooms are elegant and spotless. We warmly recommend it!

Charming family-owned hotel in the very center of Neos Marmaras.

We are very glad that we came across this family-run hotel and decided to stay in it. It is located on a quiet street in the very center of Neos Marmaras. There is a huge variety of shops and restaurants merely a few minutes away on foot and the city beach is well within walking distance, some 20 minutes away. The place offers a private parking right across the building and even though it has limited spots and operates on a first come, first serve basis, in case you block another car, the owner will still help you figure out an option to park. On a side note, the free city parking near the harbour is also not far away. The family, who owns the hotel and their entire staff are very welcoming and striving to provide the best experience for their guests. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated, cleaned on a daily basis and had a fine balcony, overlooking the courtyard and the street. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of choices for everyone’s taste. We are definitely recommending Hotel Sweet Home for both staying in Neos Marmaras and using it as a starting point to explore the legs of Halkidiki.

The only remark we can make is that the WiFi connection was rather unstable and slow, which is kind of to be expected in Greece’s little seaside towns.

A place to recommend to friends

10 nights we stayed in the hotel and we would have stayed at least that long. The owners are a close family, very friendly and always smiling. They find solutions to everything and offer local information about places in the area. Everything was perfect: rich and varied breakfast, daily cleaning in the rooms with daily changed sheets and towels, the hotel is in the center with its own parking. I hope to come back as soon as possible, we remain with a smile on our lips.

Definitely a place to stay next time we come to Neos Marmaras!

The location of the hotel is great. They have a parking place in the street which was a big advantage. The rooms were clean. The owners were a super nice family with great hospitality! We were happy with all the recommendations they made for restaurants.

The rooms were a bit noisy and small, but since we spent all our time travelling around it was not a very big problem.

Very welcoming host and friendly staff. Very clean. Breakfast was amazing, I still dream of those lokumades! Perfect location, it is a 1min walking distance to the heart of the Neos Marmaras and restaurants and there is a parking spot in front of the hotel. The ambiance of the hotel was very cute, white walls, pink bougainvilleas and the stone floors.

The only thing we wish it would be better was the bathroom/toilet in our room. It needs a renovation, we stayed in the economic room which was the cheapest I guess, I know that the other rooms of the hotel are quite nice. The aircondition and the mini fridge were making too much noise so they need to be changed also.

We were greeted with thoughtfulness and great tips for beaches and restaurants. The breakfast is fantastic with homemade sweet and savory products that vary every day! Absolutely to recommend.

Super friendly host which has put a lot of love in the hotel. Upon arrival we have been offered a newly renovated room instead of the initial booking. We liked the open air breakfast space.

Feeling like home

Staff is absolutely amazing, makes you feel welcomed and pay really much attention to covid safety measures. We had 2 rooms which weren't renewed yet (they had renewed ones, but that is what we chose on booking based on price). Besides facilities that could be improved, both rooms were extremely clean. Every day comes someone to clean, change sheets to 2-3 days, towels. Very comfortable beds. Nice terrace to each room with rack for drying clothes. Some of the rooms have view to the see. They serve a good and pretty varied breakfast, some of the food is home made (best pizza in the area). They change the breakfast menu from a day to another. They serve food with masks, gloves. Free parking place near the hotel. If you want to be in the center of Neos Marmaras, there's nothing more central than this and you have everything near you, coffe shops, taverns, travel agency, shops, boat renting etc..

The area is pretty noisy, you can hear cars, scooters in the middle of the night (at least in the rooms close to the street, which have older windows).

A very pleasant location. Would visit again.

The location is really close to the center and many restaurants and bars but it wasn't noisy at all. The staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was ok, always fresh. The room was clean, we had fresh towels daily.

Breakfast could use a bit more variety, but it wasn't a problem.
