the location was excellent and the room was spacious and very clean.
All the staff were delightful and couldn’t have been more helpful apart from one who was quite rude and made us feel uncomfortable.

All restaurants were usually fully booked, reservations a few days ahead are necessary.

Breakfast was very good , lots of choice and great service. Very close to ski shop and slopes and ski bus. Very friendly staff who were very kind and helpful when we got snowed in for 24 hrs. They also provided a cake and candles for a special birthday !
