About this apartment rental
Beautiful, sunny and bright north-east facing apartment that has been meticulously furnished and is a short walk to the Exhibition Buildings, casino, city, DFO outlets, market, Etihad Stadium and more. Three spacious bedrooms that can sleep up to 8 people with an open plan kitchen, dining and living area that also opens out onto an entertainers balcony overlooking Melbourne's Crown Casino and city skyline. One main bathroom and a newly installed ensuite off the main bedroom. This apartment best suits families and groups of adults over 24yrs. Children are welcome. Onsite parking available.
LOCATION AND FEATURES:
Rivergarden Apartment is located diagonally opposite the Crown Casino with fabulous views of the city skyline. The tram line runs across the road which will take you either to St Kilda or into the centre of the CBD. It is only a couple of minutes walk to all that Southbank has to offer - restaurants, cafes, shopping, casino, exhibition building, conference centre, DFO outlets and major train stations. Walk along the beautiful Yarra River to the botanical gardens, art centre etc. You can also walk or jump on the tram to South Melbourne with it's fabulous shopping centre and cafes or the famous South Melbourne Market. Albert Park is also a short tram ride with beautiful walks around the lake, playgrounds for the children and of course the famous MSAC swimming complex with indoor and outdoor pools, huge waterslides and wave pools. The apartment building itself also has it's own swimming pool, gymnasium, tennis court and beautiful outdoor BBQ area. Inside the apartment the configuration consists of a main bedroom with a king sized bed, second bedroom with two single beds and a large 3rd bedroom which has bunks with a double bed on the bottom and a single on the top and a daybed. We do have a portacot available for hire as well as a highchair, and loads of toys, books and movies for the young ones. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a comfortable lounge area with a 50" flat screen tv opening out onto an entertainers balcony with outdoor armchairs to relax and read the paper while taking in Melbourne's skyline. Central bathroom with shower, bath, washing machine and dryer. PLEASE NOTE - There are no hand-rails in the bathroom or bedrooms.
ACCOMMODATION RATES:
The apartment will be available for bookings of 4 nights or more off peak and 6 nights during Spring Racing Carnival week and December/January holidays. We accept shorter bookings if we have a gap available. The rates will be:
STANDARD RATES:
4 nights - Mon-Wed $295 per night/ Thurs - Sun $350 per night
7 nights or more - $2200 per week
January - Summer holiday rates - pls check on calendar or with owner.
Monthly bookings - $250 per night.
Guests over 6 incur a $35 nightly charge per guest.
Wifi - complimentary.
Bookings over 7 days receive complimentary carspace. Under 7 days the fee is $15 per day for secure on-site parking.

Group of 6 Adults stayed for 4 nights for a long weekend. Location was excellent, tram stop outside the door and IGA on the corner. A couple of minutes walk to Casino and South Bank. The apartment was wonderful comfortable beds and was extremely well equipped with all the comforts of home.
Attention to detail was excellent very comfortable spacious apartment. Lovely little outdoor space for your morning coffee and bathrooms were top of the range. Cannot rate this apartment highly enough and would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Perfect location for what we needed. Easy walking distance to south Melbourne, Southbank and the cbd with a tram at your doorstep that takes you to the cbd, st kilda or port Melbourne.
Only small issue is the tram noise through the night if you are a light sleeper.

The property was outstanding. It was close to transport, food, shopping. And the bonus for us was that it was directly across the road from the MCEC which we spent roughly 4 days at for a work convention. The apartment was spotless and had everything available for us that we could possibly need. The beds were INCREDIBLE. Probably my favourite thing about this apartment. Concert fun
The property was exactly as advertised. It was clean and well-presented. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals.
The location is fantastic being close to Southern Cross Station, trams to the door, shopping nearby & two mini-supermarkets.
It made a perfect base for our group and a trip of a life time for our young girls attending their first concert - Shawn Mendes.

Footy Finals Boys Weekend
We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It is in a superb location and is a lovely styled and spacious apartment. The outdoor area is particularly impressive in size.
The apartment is ideal to everyone. On this particular trip there was 4 of us on a boys weekend for the footy, however I plan to come back with the family for a trip next year.
Julie is really good to communicate with and was more then happy to accommodate a slightly longer checkout time.
I would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely come back.

Melbourne Family Vacation
We greatly enjoyed this property.
I would highly recommend it for its location and it’s comfort.
It was as advertised and more.
The closeness to the CBD and the crown casino and all the conference center and outlet center services was wonderful.
We were finishing a two month family vacation and needed to just relax and unwind and this unit was perfect for our group. I am traveling with my wife and three adult kids and this unit was both spacious and close to everything we needed. It was so nice to also have a washer and separate dryer to do a little laundry. The only negative for this 3 bedroom unit was that there is only one bathroom but fortunately never was a problem with us.
I would stay here again and actually planning a trip next year.

Boys Footy weekend

From the moment you walk in you feel like you are home and going to have a great time.
We had a week away with girlfriends which was such a wonderful time the apartment was clean fresh everything was there that we needed including board games and jigsaw puzzles all you needed to cook with wash with, plenty of towels and linen also it was very centrally located within walking distance of the free tram service also a very quiet apartment. We stayed in a few nights and found it very comfortable. The beds and pillows were also very comfortable lots of storage space plenty of coat hangers to hang your gear up. We will definitely be back to stay.

Fantastic stay!
Stayed with a group of friends over tennis weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect - everything we needed and more. Quality furnishings and spacious - every guest had a good night sleep - needs so comfy. Julie is a great host providing all the information required to assist us with arriving and entering. Very prompt in her response and ensuring that we had what we needed. Will definitely be back! !
