Fine rene rom med komfortable senger,men mye var utdatert og trenger oppgradering

Det var rent og rommet var komfortabelt.God frokost og veldig fin balkong!

Hotellet svarte ikke til forventningene ut fra bildene. Det bar preg av å være gammelt og slitent. Det var ødelagte fliser i bassenget som man kunne skjære seg på,dusjen ved bassenget var ødelagt ,lysarmatur på badet var ødelagt.

Nicht empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in guter Lage

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut. Man kann sowohl die Altstadt als auch Strände fußläufig erreichen. Es ist auch eine relativ gute Busverbindung vorhanden. Unser Zimmer war groß und ausreichend möbliert. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war gut. Wir hatten das Glück einen der wenigen Parkplätze der Unterkunft zu ergattern. Er lag auch noch direkt bei unserem Zimmer. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Die Terrasse ist recht ansprechend.

Luxus konnte ich bei der Unterkunft leider gar keinen feststellen. Das Gebäude und die Einrichtung sind in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchten dringend eine Renovierung. Unser Bett war auf einem Podest, das so klein war, dass man kaum um das Bett herumgehen konnte. Die Matratze war komplett durchgelegen. Das Bad war winzig und die Wasserinstallation total marode. Die Toilettenspülung lief teilweise mit heißem Wasser. Der Clou war, dass es für den vorhandenen Fön keine Steckdose im Bad gab, auch sonst nirgends in der Nähe eines Spiegels. Unsere "Garden Suite" scheint aus einem gewerblichen Raum entstanden zu sein. Der Eingang ist eine Glastür in einer Glasfront. Das sind die einzigen Fenster und die können, abgeshen von der Tür, nicht geöffnet werden. Es gab auch weder die in der Beschreibung angegebene Bar noch ein Restaurant. Ausser beim Frühstück war man Selbstversorger. Im Notfall konnte man an der Rezeption eine Flasche Wasser erwerben wenn die Geschäfte geschlossen waren.

Déception par rapport à nos attentes. Chambre salle et peu entretenue, ça ne vaut plus 4*

Les 2 piscines étaient hors service, le restaurant de l'hôtel mentionné sur le site est fermé, nous n'avions pas été prévenu que notre chambre se trouvait à l'extérieur de l'hôtel (dans un autre immeuble), la chambre est très salle, non entretenue (mobilier vieillissant et peu soigné) : cuisine avec des gouttes d'huile sur la hotte, verre non lavé, énormes taches sur la moquette et les murs de la chambre, tâches sur les fauteuils....

An average hotel with great staff

Staff were outstanding and responded quickly to every query.

The hotel is a little tired looking. The pool area ia mich smaller than the pictures. Our group had 5 rooms and some were good and some average (one person had to be moved rooms due to mould!!).

Super hotel to spend a short stay in Split

I had a lovely clean room that was large and had a corner wrap around balcony overlooking the pool area. Staff here were excellent, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was superb with lots of choice. Excellent WiFi here.

Good breakfast

Suite was clean with own bathroom. Very good breakfast, included in price! Reception was good and very friendly. One key to door. Few parking places. About 1,5-2km to center. Own balcony, little bit sea view. Hotel name signs near.

Lovely hotel, peaceful and quite

Very friendly staff, Dita was especially welcoming and very helpful. Good breakfast and if you book an apartment, there is Separate pool away from the main hotel pool. I had a one bedroom apartment and it was really big. I was also on the ground floor with a big terrace overlooking the pool. The location is peaceful, on a side street so no passing traffic. The hotel also offers free bicycles for its guests which is great! there is a kitchenette with cooking utensils, pots and pans and full sets of crockery, cutlery and all kinds of glasses/mugs. Along with an oven and a 4 hob electric stove top, a dishwasher and a mid-size fridge/freezer. It would totally be possible to cook all your meals in the apartment, however, breakfast is included so take advantage of that. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom and slippers and bathrobes. All in all, very enjoyable stay!

The tv only had 4 channels and I couldn’t log into Netflix although the icon was there. The door handle kept falling off the bathroom door.

Best breakfast and staff we've experienced!

The bed was amazing and the room was spacious. Staff was something out of this world 😍. They filled our hopes and beyond ❤️ Breakfast was amazing; thank you, chef, for making the best eggs we've had in Split ❤️

Tiny little things could be better: little table would be nice in the patio, there could be a little place for working on laptop inside.

A relaxing hotel with excellent customer service and a good location.

Located a short walk from the beach and about a 15 minute to the centre. Restaurant area and outdoor seating was beautiful. Breakfast was excellent. Customer service was exceptional, the staff were very friendly and resolved any issues we did have very quickly. Interactions with the staff made our stay more enjoyable.

Exceptional

The place is nice, but we can find many nice places of the World, but the hospitality and kindness was unique! In addition the breakfast was very delicious too. So, I and my family was really happy to be there. I hope, we will go back very soon again!

Superb

What i truly love the most was Dita (sorry for name) was excellent. I did not show up for breakfast. The second day Dita checked up me. That made my entire trip rememble. I never had someone who works at a hotel do that. It was so appreciated that she did that. I hope her all the best. I will always cherish that moment.
