Very spacious room and bathroom, great breakfast, very friendly staff, and most especially, the private hot spring!
Hoping that there’s a light switch close to the bed.

The hot spring experience both in the room and use of the public facilities. The gardens were also beautiful and the location was excellent.
Staff went above and beyond to help (Mia was particularly helpful).
Bed could have done with an extra pillow (only one each)
5.0
The room has its own bathroom with spring hot water, so you can enjoy hot springs privately in your room. The public spring pool is also OK
There were no disposable slippers, so we had to walk on bare feet inside the room. What disappointed me profoundly was the filthiness of the room's tea pot. I tried to have some hot tea, and when I opened the teapot, I saw green molds on the bottom of the pot.... I guess it was not washed or changed.... It made me sick... The room appeared to be clean, but if you looked carefully, there were dusts on the corner 😕 I know it was the Chinese New Year holiday season, so the price is usually higher but for the disappointments like those, the price was a little too high.... I hope they will improve it....

It is in a hot spring area and it was amazing that you could get hot spring water in your private bathroom. The room was spacious and you could get an open air hot spring ticket. The amenities like the shower gel were the best I ever had.
I wished for more salad varieties during breakfast time. The garbage basket was rather small. The room door lock may need some maintenance. Except the front, the other staff may only speak Chinese.

Location is great and is easily accessible to the MRT for the budget conscious travelers. I booked the superior double room that comes with a private hotspring bath. That was awesome but that came with issues regarding privacy.
1. Privacy of the private hotspring bath. The blinds could not fully cover the window. Furthermore, the blinds were opaque and you can see the silhouette.
2. I raised the issue of privacy to one of the staff and enquired respectfully if it was a one-way window. I was treated with rude answers that was not helpful. Don’t get me wrong, some other staff were great, it was just 2 of the staff who were particularly nasty.
3. The breakfast was decent but lacked variety. The coffee was horrendous.

The room is spacious, clean. Its furnitures are more than 3 stars. Location is good.
There was a baby crying in the room near us. 😂 Even the sound proof was ok but we could here the cry. Breakfast was not as expected. The voucher to the public bath can not be used after check out. Staff can not speak English.

Beautiful hot spring in the bathroom, friendly and helpful staff. Great decorations around the hotel. Good breakfast provided.
Mre from an environmental concern of reusing and reducing waste. Would prefer real cups in the room rather than disposable cups. The towels and soaps were replaced when we would have been happy to reuse.
Strange their were no knives provided at breafast even though there was toast and spreads.

the staff were very helpful. the room was clean and comfortable. the location is very close to the mrt station. the hot spring was much appreciated.
