Location was great, place was clean and the swimming ans sauna really good
There was no soap to clean dishes or to use for the dishwasher. Also not enough toilet paper and the dishwasher did not work.

Location: Proximity to the Telecabin, proximity to shops and restaurants. Indoor Parking. The Pool and Sauna, which were nice and warm and clean. Comfort of the appartment for 4 people, as we were 2. Kitchen equipment. Great Hot shower.
Wifi not working, a real frustration. The floor could have been a little bit cleaner. The apt lighting could be a bit stronger for reading.

location excellent .
you need to buy everything… cleaning products , toilet paper , bin bags , tea towel etc.

Hotel is warm and has good views. Hot water was very hot. Vert close to chair lift.
(1) Stupid flymsy plyglass dividers at reception desk. (Other reception desk in same building had none). Receptionist almost fainted when I put wallet on desk and divider moved 1 cm. Let's get rid of the useless covid theatre.
(2) Pillows are the most uncomfortable ever experienced. Bring your own.
(3) Wifi doesn't work.
(4) One lift is totally inadequate for hotel at busy periods.

Great to be able to take our dogs on holiday with us. The lounge was really spacious and the sofas were comfortable. There was lots of cupboard space. Kitchen was well equipped and had more than enough glasses, plates etc. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the water was the perfect temperature. Having parking under the building was really convenient. The location in general was ideal.
Our booking was for a mountain view and we had a courtyard view. The 'large balcony' we were expecting was actually very small and there was no room for the outdoor furniture, so we had to move most of it indoors and leave space for just 4 chairs and no table (the apartment sleeps 8). We'd been hoping to hang out on the balcony but we couldn't all fit. We were disappointed because we had to eat inside even though the weather was lovely. Our booking said that toiletries were provided but there was just one small bar of soap. There was no welcome pack, so on the evening we arrived we had to go straight out and buy washing up liquid, tea towels, cloths and sponges as well as the toiletries which were promised but not provided. The apartment itself was very clean but the bowls and the mugs were filthy and had food encrusted on them. We were charged more than expected for having two dogs with us (the fee is per dog not per apartment and we were charged 100€ when we'd been told it would be €45 for a 5 night stay).

Lovely apartment, leisure facilities were great. Views were amazing, nice sized balconies
No spices/seasoning to cook with, annoying to have to buy then throw out when you leave

The flat had space for all family. Hotel was close to all shops.
This Hotel do not have enough lift to manage correctly the flow between blocks of flats. Wifi was not working at all mainly during all 3 days of the stay. Bad maintenance to restore Wifi. There was restriction for Swimming Pool but a lot of people was not respecting them and despite warning done to reception. There was also no light in changing room and again here, seems that this hotel do not have easy maintenance. This Hotel gave impression that everything was not working and for this reason deserve this mark.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, being close to the ski-lift and in the center of the village.
The rooms are terrible, dirty, and the majority appliances did not work. The beds were not made when we arrived revealing the ancient pillows and blankets. The hot water stopped worked on the second day and most interestingly, the hotel expects you to clean the kitchen and bathroom yourself when you leave.

it was close to ski lift and shops.
plug sockets hanging off wall, extractor fan not working in bathroom or kitchen. mirror light not working in bathroom. Beds and seating not very comfy. would be nice to provide a few dish washer tabs so we don’t have to buy a full box

The location was perfect, there was a small Christmas market right next to the hotel. We had wonderful views from our balcony and the staff were so kind and attentive. Free secure parking and well-equipped kitchen.

Very clean, a comfortable ( enough) settee, and also bed. The water was hot for baths, wifi was reliable ( although unsecured), the heating was good, parking under the building, reasonably well-equipped kitchen with oven as well as microwave, and dishwasher. Quiet ( while we were there , although very central). Opposite télécabine so very convenient for skiing
The pillow - terribly flat. I used a spare one the second night but there wouldn’t be a spare one with 4 people. Needs a few extra kitchen utensils - wooden spoon, small sharp knives. You need to come equipped with cleaning stuff - sponge, things to wipe down with and hand-wash odd cups etc, and washing up liquid. I had thought to bring some, but still ended up buying kitchen towels and cleaning spray to do a decent job at the end. It does make it quite cumbersome for a short stay.

These apartments feel like a prison.
Nothing here is simple. The car parking is awful and confusing. There is 1 lift for the whole complex so you can expect to wait 5-10 mins each time to get to the car.
The wifi didn’t work for the entire time, yet the staff refused to fix it.
Would not recommend to stay here.

Very well furnished, spacious, great location
Great location in town and the flat itself on the ground floor which was practical for the children to play but also meant we had no view whatsoever and were surrounded by the other flats' balconies. Also, bed was very hard and pillow very soft but we made it work somehow

The central location, the balcony, all the comfort in the flat
The bed mattress was too old, too much used and makes backpain. It needs to be replaced.
Otherwise, everything was perfect

The apartment was spacious, a good size seperate bedroom and a nice balcony facing south with views across the valley. Situated at the edge of the town, opposite the Tourist Office and with a bus service to Mont Louis, Villefranche and Prades. Indoor swimming pool was nice and warm. The free, underground parking was very welcome.
There were no cleaning utensils or products - cloths, brushes, washing up liquid, DW tabs etc. The opening hours of the pool were very restrictive - 10.30am until 7.30pm - I like to swim in the morning before I go out sighseeing.

Location is superb, right in the central of the main street
The flat was huge but luck of style and decoration. I cannot say it was thoroughly clean and no toilettries or washing up liquid was provided.
